The Elders/Trustees are committed to enabling as many people as possible to worship at our church and become part of our community through prayer, scripture, music and sacrament. Worship and prayer; learning about the Gospel; and developing their knowledge and trust in Jesus. We are a Pre-School, providing early years education in a safe, play-friendly environment for 2 - 5 year olds. We follow the Department for Education's Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage and are funded by the Early Years Free Entitlement. We are run by a voluntary committee.

Entertainment provided to local persons

The Activities include: ? regular worship, prayer, Bible study, preaching and teaching;? baptism and Communion? evangelism and mission,? the teaching and encouragement of young people; ? nurture and growth of Christian disciples;? giving and encouraging pastoral care;? supporting and encouraging charitable social action? encouraging relationships with other Christians

The charity uses its income to help fund the work of the Church of England in the Ecclesiastical Parish of Sonning

We are a preschool operating in the Wokingham Borough area. We provide childcare and education for 2 - 5 year olds following the Earley Years Foundation Stage curriculum as outlined by the DofE. We operate out of the St.James Church Centre, Southlake, Woodley. We are run by a voluntary committee and funded via the early years free entitlement.

The church provides public Christian worship services on Sundays with a programme of events for children. Midweek small groups aim to encourage the growth of faith and discipleship. Our parent and toddler group, Mulberry Bush, is aimed at pre school age children. A range of activities take place for all ages.?

To advance the Christian religion, to relieve poverty and those in need by reason of social or health issues and to advance education for children or adults within the principles of the Christian faith.

TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN WHO ARE UNDER STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE THROUGH PLAY AND BY ENCOURAGING PARENTS TO UNDERSTAND AND FULFILL THE NEEDS OF THEIR CHILDREN UTILISING COMMUNITY GROUPS.

To advance the Islamic faith in accordance with the teaching of the Holy Quran and Hadith. To advance the education of Bengali children by the provision of mother tongue classes and English classes. To provide recreational facilities or other leisure time occupation for members of the public in the interest of social welfare and with the object of improving the conditions of life of those members

The church provides a programme of weekly activities including Christian worship, Bible study, fellowship reaching people of all ages. It hosts Boys' and Girls' Brigade companies which meet weekly with their own activities for young people. The Church members are involved with a wide range of organisations in the community, including Religious education in schools.

The raising of money to fund a building that will enable disabled children and their carers a place to come and meet and where there will be a range of acitivities for the children and where carers can share and seek the help and support they need.

Promoting in the ecclesiastical parish the whole mission of the Church

The Charity maintains four almshouse properties and grounds to a comfortable living standard for its residents. The Charity has 20 apartments across three locations, two sites in St Nicholas Hurst and one in Twyford.Two of the buildings are Grade II listed C17 brick buildings, one is a 1960s terrace of bungalows and the fourth is purpose-designed terrace completed in 2019.

TVAW aims to rescue and rehome abandoned, illtreated and unwanted cats and kittens. Veterinary treatment is provided and all animals are neutered. The cats are cared for individually in foster homes until suitable homes are found. We also operate a lost and found register and a low cost neutering scheme. All of the work is carried out by volunteers and funded by donations.

Pre-school education.

The provision of public worship, teaching, evangelism of Christ our Lord and pastoral work throughout the community.

To provide assistance to police officers who are either serving or retired members of the Thames Valley Police Benevolent Fund, their widows, widowers and dependants, who are regarded as being in necessitous circumstances. The charity therefore provides public benefit to those persons.

HIAR exists to alleviate homelessness and poverty

To provide a gospel-centred Christian witness to the community of Wokingham through regular public worship, pastoral support and work with children and young people. Christ Church is also committed to working with and supporting other Christian charity or non profit organisations in the Wokingham area and worldwide, to proclaim the gospel message and bring practical help to those in need.

To support any charitable objects within such parts of the counties of Bucks and Berks as are within a radius of 35 miles from parish church of Stoke Poges and to establish and to support or aid in the establishment and support of any charitable associations or institutions and to subscribe or guarantee money for charitable purposes in any way connected with the purposes of the Trust.
