We operate retail outlets within the Royal Berkshire Hospital and throughout West Berkshire. In addition, we organise events and online fundraising activities.

Headway Thames Valley aims to increase understanding of brain injury and its consequences using individual programmes to enhance cognitive, physical and personal development and encouraging the return to as normal a life as possible. Holidays, meet ups, support groups. courses & trips improve social and community re-integration and provide support, advice and respite to the families and carers.

Supports students by organising a variety of enriching activities, with a strong emphasis on educational visits. Little Acorns (Colleton) Pre-School is located in the grounds of the Colleton Primary School in Twyford, Berkshire. The aim of the Pre-School is to provide a safe, happy, stimulating, creative and well organised setting in which children, aged from 2 to 5 years, are given a wide range of opportunities for learning and development and for forming relationships with other children and adults.

Information and Signposting, Activity Clubs, Tea Club, Weekly Pop-In, Toenail Cutting Service, Befriending, gardening, shopping and Campaigning on issues that affect people in later life.

The objective of the Foundation is to distribute the funds available to it in support of charitable purposes approved by the Trustees. The current focus of the Foundation is to support the advancement of education, in particular the support and promotion of Ludgrove School.
