Provides specific benefits of any kind for Badsey First School which have not been provided by the local education authority.

The Chaddesley Corbett PTA aims to support the education of the children at the Chaddesley Corbett Endowed Primary School by donating towards extra cirricular trips and purchasing equipment to improve the education of the children at our school.

We promote live classical music in Worcester and surrounds by presenting at least six concerts and one workshop during the season which lasts between September and March each year. We offer performance opportunities to young professional musicians and we especially look for artists with local connections.

We provide facilities and activities for the local community and local groups.

Orchestra plays concerts to raise monies for charities. Orchestra gives opportunities to local people to play instruments and learn about music.

Education of the public in the historic landscapes and gardens in Worcestershire and Herefordshire. Assisting owners of such landscapes with advice on maintenance and restoration. Research and publications in historic landscape.

Primary School PTA

We raise money to enhance the school Journey for the children at Norton Juxta Kempsey C of E Primary School. Activities take place at the school, i.e Summer & Christmas Fayres, Film night, disco etc.

Management of premises held on behalf of local scout and guide groups

We provide simple, self-catering accommodation and facilities in a quiet rural area, north of the Malvern Hills for low-income groups. Suitable for small group retreats, workshops, educational and arts activities.

To enhance the education, development and enjoyment of the pupils at our school.

The Shed provides a place for people from Worcester and surrounding area to meet for social interaction and support, to pursue practical interests, and to enjoy making and mending. This may be on individual or joint projects for themselves or the wider community, including craftwork, particularly woodwork. The main aim is to assist in the mental health and general wellbeing of the members.

To advance the education of young people under the age of 25 years who are resident in the catchment area of The Bewdley School or who are pupils or former pupils of The Bewdley School (or any successor body thereto) by the awarding of scholarships, bursaries, grants or maintenance allowances.

U3A's are democratic, self funded, self managed organisations which exist to provide a full range of activities for men and women, no longer in full time employment, at minimal cost. They draw upon the knowledge, experience and skill of their members who organise the groups. At the moment we have groups including Walking, Skittles, Table Tennis, Family History,Art, Nature, Book groups, Mah Jong.

Since our launch in January 2017 we have provided free CPR and defibrillator training to almost 6,000 people in Malvern including schoolchildren. We have also been supported by a number of local community groups and have installed 35 defibrillators for members of the public to use.

Our organisation works with volunteers from both the school and the parents/carers, bringing them together at fund raising events such as the Christmas and Summer Fairs. Funds raised are then available to enhance the educational experience of pupils at the school, for example through provision of specialist equipment or subsidy of enriching experiences.
