U3A's are democratic, self funded, self managed organisations which exist to provide a full range of activities for men and women, no longer in full time employment, at minimal cost. They draw upon the knowledge, experience and skill of their members who organise the groups. At the moment we have groups including Walking, Skittles, Table Tennis, Family History,Art, Nature, Book groups, Mah Jong.

To make charitable donations to needy Masonic and non-Masonic organisations.

Concerts of classical and contemporary music with orchestra or a cappella

We are parents and friends of the Pinvin Federation of Schools, and our aim is to raise money for the school and provide services to the school for the benefit of the pupils and their families.

To provide additional learning resources to enhance the education of the children at Lickey End First School

Fundraising events for school equipment etc. e.g. Quiz nights, xmas fayre, catering, fashion shows etc

To provide a weekly talking newspaper, containing local news and other useful information including local and national government bulletins on social matters; community safety; environment; transport and leisure. The newspaper is distributed on USB memory sticks and uploaded onto the BWBF streamed service for accessing through the Talking Newspaper app and on smart speakers such as Alexa.

Fundraising activities within the school premises, working with the school, parents and pupils. FOSP fund raise to help the school purchase a rang of good and services that help advance the education of pupils at our school.

The provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of Dodderhill Parish without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for: A) Meetings, lectures and classes, andB) Other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants

Harvington Village Hall is a facility which provides space for members of the community to come together to learn, share experiences and be entertained. Regular users of the Village Hall include a Nursery &Preschool; Yoga & similar exercise groups; an Amateur Dramatic Society; Rainbows and Girlguiding Groups; Phoenix Ladies Group; St. James Church events; Singing group; First school PTFA.

THIS CHARITY MANAGES A VILLAGE HALL ON A LEASEHOLD BASIS. THE HALL PROVIDES ACCOMMODATION/RESOURCES FOR LOCAL VOLUNTARY GROUPS AND LOCAL CLUBS AND SOCIETIES. IT ALSO HOUSES THE LOCAL ARCHIVE, OWNED BY THE PARISH COUNCIL OF WEST MALVERN. COMMITTEE MEMBERS ORGANISE FUNDRAISING EVENTS TO SUPPORT THE MAINTENANCE OF THE HALL.

Various fund raising activities run during the year such as school fayres, social events and children's events.

Provides buildings (church hall) for hire by other clubs/ organisations.

Running an amateur concert band, presenting public concerts, participating in community events,providing playing opportunities for members and non-members, developing the skills of musicians, and byimproving public appreciation through presentation of public concerts, many of which are free.
