There are prayer meetings conducted where people's needs and issues are lifted up to the Lord. Where possible CFC assists with needs of individuals and communities. We aim to reach the lost with the gospel.

Cooking a Hot Meal on Christmas Day for 100 approx people, an outing by Canal Boat for people from residental/nursing homes, providing and maintaining a pendant-operated Lifeline Telephone service with approx 400 units in service, plus helping the community in various task as and when required to do so. Donations to other Charities working within our community.

Little Chicks Nursery Plus aims to provide high quality care that enhances the development, care and education ofpre-school children at Gwersyllt Community Primary School, in a safe and stimulating environment in line with CIW standards for nursery settings. It operates at Gwersyllt Community Primary School in Wrexham, North Wales.

Promote the education of the general public in appreciation and understanding of music. Co-operate with the local authorities, educational institutions and cultural societies relating to study, practice and presentation of music. Offer musical training to young people. To advance the education of operatic culture in the community. To promote and improve the art of operatic works and musical theatre, particularly by the encouragement and development of young people and to stimulate public appreciation and cultivate further interests in operatic and dramatic art.

The Den provides afternoon wrap around sessions for Nursery children and children who have attained the age of 3 years. Our aim is to provide a happy, safe and caring environment for your child and give rich and rewarding learning opportunities and experiences. The Den operates from the Nursery classroom and craft area at Ysgol Deiniol CP School, Marchwiel, Wrexham.

TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS CATS BY PROVIDING THE APPROPRIATE CARE, PROTECTION, TREATMENT AND SECURITY FOR CATS WHICH ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF SICKNESS, MALTREATMENT OR POOR CIRCUMSTANCES AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO CAT WELFARE IN GENERAL AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING AMONG CATS.

We are a wheelchair rugby club. Wheelchair rugby is a sport for the disabled. Primarily tetraplegics or persons with upper and lower limb dysfunction. The club is open to all ages, male and female.We aim to provide an environment for the disabled to play sport for recreation or competitively.

GDCL provides a venue for local learning/leisure activity with a thriving library at its heart to maintain/develop the pre-existing LA library service within our community. Our Mission is to provide a quality library service, community hub and key outreach services for use by all our inhabitants - children and adults alike - in a safe and welcoming environment: our library, our community.

Through a Management Committee, it runs a community facility for the use of the public; activities include drama, music, dance performances, band practices, Film Club and lectures.
