Friends of Donhead raise money by organising a range of events within the school calendar. Monies raised are used to enhance school facilites which otherwise would not be met by normal school financing.

Provision of a Support Volunteer service (to provide assistance to patients and staff)Operation of a Tea BarFundraising Proceeds go toward the purchase of hospital equipment and/or the improvement of amenities in the Eye Unit.

In support of the trust's objectives, the Trust is raising funds to complete the restoration to working order of London County Council tramcar No. 1, which forms part of the collection of the National Tramways Museum (registered charity no. 313615).

Trustees are elected through a parent committee by vote. The charity provides childcare facilities to develop and educate children from the age of 2 to 4 years by offering them a stimulating environment so they learn through a variety of learning experiences. Aims & objectives are to develop and educate children and to offer appropriate play facilities through fund raising and grants.

Fundraising events are held throughout the school year. This allows the charity to make contributions to the school, which are used to purchase and enhance equipment for the school

Kingston Choral Society was formed in 1949 and has 120-130 singers. Concerts are usually held in Kingston Parish Church. It performs four concerts a year covering a wide range of music from Bach to Gershwin and often performs with professional orchestras and high calibre soloists. There are occasional workshops and regular social and fundraising events are held.

Support to Rotary and other local charities.Major fundraising activities of: - Charity concert at the Anvil, held last Sunday of January - featuring HM Band of the Royal Marines Basingstoke Festival of Transport, held second Monday in May - featuring almost 1000 vehicles, 70 stalls and up to 10,000 visitors and is one of the larger events of its type in the South East

Running fund raising events throughout the academic year and making funds available for the school for specific purposes approved of by the PTA

FSCC raises money for the advancement of the charitable work carried on at the Spafford Childrens Center of Jerusalem in the state of Israel, being a centre providing care, treatment and education to children. All money raised is sent to SCC except the small proportion spent on administration and book keeping.

Fundraising activities include November Market, sale of wrapping paper, various social activities.

The Friends raise funds to provide amenities & equipment to benefit patients & staff at North Cambs Hospital & associated homes & clinics in Wisbech. The Friends are anxious to assist with maintaining & where possible improving upon facilities at the hospital and help with the provision of equipment that otherwise would not be available.

Raising funds by means of Donations, Social Events and Running Tea Bar for patients&staff and then donating the money raised to Abergele Hospital for the purchase of equipment

Fund raising through various activities with in school alongside our PTA and parent donations.

We aim to enrich the education of the pupils of Hampstead Parochial School through facilitating good relationships between staff and parents and, through fundraising, assisting with the provision of additional materials, facilities & activities.

Raise funds for the benefit of Crowborough Hospital, its patients and staff; maintain a hospital shop, operate a Social Day Service at the Hospital Day Centre, and provide transport through 2 wheelchair accessible vehicles utilising volunteer drivers.

The charity raises money for use in the hospital to provide extra equipment and other items for the benefit of both the patients and staff.

THE HALL IS LET TO LOCAL GROUPS FOR THEIR ACTIVITIES. SCOUTS, JUDO CLUB. LUNCHEON CLUB, AUTUMN CLUB, GENERAL FUND RAISING, ZUMBA, PILATES, FOLK DANCING, CREATIVE DANCE, WOMENS' INSTITUTE, ANTIQUES FAIRS, POLLING STATION AND OTHER PARTY AND SOCIAL FUNCTIONS

We provide childcare training employment and volunteering opportunities to help improve the quality of life for local people.

Bathampton Playgroup runs for 4 1/2 hours on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, 3 1/2 hours on Friday morning and 2 hours on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons during school term time. Children from age two-and-a half years old to 5 years old are accepted. The playgroup has been in existence for over 50 years and many in the village are involved in its committees, fund-raising and organising.

Currently we focus on the delivery of eleven main services and programmes. Our involement in infrastructure planning for the sector centres on the membership of trustees and senior staff on a range of planning and representative bodies. We provide direct services around finances, payroll, accounting, independent examination, training courses and fundraising to the sector across Northamptonshire.

To advance the education of pupils at the School and to promote a public benefit programme by raising funds to:- enhance the pupils' academic/moral/emotional/social/cultural development- fund learning equipment & resources for the school and it's public benefit initiatives- enhance student participation in community outreach- fund educational talks to support school and local parents

Drama workshops for disadvantaged young people. Workshops for unemployed people which use drama techniques to help them find work. Working with volunteers to make accessible community theatre. Rotary Activities supporting local, regional and overseas Community projects, inc Kids Out, senior citizen & Young Carers outings, Calvert Trust & numerous Youth projects. Sending educational, trade aid and medical supplies overseas.Financially supporting charitable clauses.Fundraising via Santa's Sleigh Street Collections, Karting, and others.
