Providing a well-maintained, well-equipped community building with good facilities for hire. (a) By organisations, societies and groups who provide a wide range of services and activities for all ages ranging from toddlers to elderly people, and (b) By people for private functions. Fund raising for specific improvement projects.

Girlguiding Urmston Division, as part of a worldwide organisation, enables girls & young women to fulfil their potential & to take an active part in society, through a stimulating and enjoyable programme of activities delivered by trained volunteer leaders. We have Rainbows (aged 5-7), Brownies (aged 7-10), Guides (aged 10-14), Young Leaders (aged 14-18), Rangers (aged 14-18) and Inspire (18-30).

we are a pre-school play group preparing children under 5years old for starting school ,we employ 4 members of staff.we are funded by a mix of council funding, fees from parents and raising funds at events locally staged by our staff and committee.

Our activities are solely the Running of a Cafeteria & Tea Bar to benefit all members of the public and hospital staff, and thereby raising funds to provide equipment and amenities for benefit the in-patients/ outpatients of the West Wing & Children's Hospital at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford

We provide:- A hall for meetings or sports such as badminton or indoor bowls. Kitchen facilities. Small meeting rooms, sports changing and shower facilities. Sports field for football and cricket. We fundraise to upkeep the buildings and facilities; and where possible to upgrade and expand those facilities.

To manage the use and maintenance of the village hall and to fund raise for the upkeep of the Village Hall.

The branch boards/fosters previously abused, neglected or unwanted animals in need until new homes are found. RSPCA Inspectorate animals are given priority. Operates welfare neutering and treatment schemes for owners in receipt of certain state benefits and Community Animal Action Days to raise awareness responsible animal ownership. Raises funds to support the above activities.

Funds historical and archaeological research with grants to volunteer groups, schools, museums and academic/professional researchers. Operates a website with accessible heritage information. Support local historical societies in studying the historical environment. Holds study days, lectures and visits. Publishes a respected annual journal, plus books and other publications.

Contributions ?3000 to a new stone built bus shelter, ?1000 to disabled access to village hall, ?200 eradicating Japanese knot weed, Himalayan balsam volunteers, ?500 to Jubilee Fund.?200 to Allotments, ?250 Flood Group storage shed, ?1,000 climbing frame for playarea. Produce village newsletter. Litter picking, lobbying on planning and environment. Maintain amenities e.g. seats, 4 bus shelters.

The principle activity of our Charity is to raise funds to buy equipment and services that directly benefit the children which would otherwise be beyond the reach of the school's budget. Funds raised also contribute to extending the range of facilities the school can offer the children and to provide support in any other way that it can.

The association organised outings and festivals during the year which were very sucessful and enjoyable for the members. The activities include celebration for fund raising for Chinese New Year Celebration, International Women day, Children & Teenages Activities, X'mas Party,Spring Festival Party and other celebration held for National Day Party etc.

Our main objective is to hire out our hall for as wide a range of activities as possible. We have bookings from mums, tots, playschool, echo (an organisation for the physically and mentally disabled), table tennis, hardy plants society, womans institute, as well as meetings for regular groups, parties and an auction. It is also used for our own fund raising.

To raise funds from functions and religious activities to promote and advance Hindu arts and culture through educational classes.

Throughout the school year the HPSPTA run a number of events to generate fund raising. These include a Summer Fete, a Christmas Fete, School Discos and a Fireworks Display. Additionally ad-hoc events / projects take place during the year that engage with the parents of the school and the local community.

Services & activities for (mostly older) people living in Pulborough & the surrounding villages, including a weekly lunch club, a befriending and visiting service, a parent/carer social Pop-In and community transport services.

The charity raises funds from renting out fishing rights on a complex of lakes.This is then distributed to local and national charities.

Fund raising events

The club offers youth group activities to seniors (12-18) and juniors (8-11 Years), these activities are educational and recreational. A group of volunteers and paid staff run these groups.WA12Radio station now belongs to Newton Boys and Girls Club. A community radio used by the local community for the community. We broadcast online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

To advance the education of children at Christ the Saviour School by working with parents and teachers of the school to enhance the facilities and services offered by raising funds through organised events.

Our main aim is to support the school's advancement through fundraising and communication involving parents, carers and teachers.
