Oxford Hub brings people and organisations together to make Oxford a better place for everyone. Our activities are focused on volunteering and social action opportunities for residents and university students. We also support collaboration initiatives across different sectors to tackle Oxfordshire's social and environmental issues.

C A Plus supports charities and other voluntary sector organisations to manage themselves well, primarily through the provisions of training, advice and services in accounts, payroll and bookkeeping. It is one of a number of community accounting services across the country

YMCA Doncaster provides places and programmes where all young people can truly belong, contribute and thrive. Our principal activity is in the provision of accommodation and related services for young people between the ages of 18 and 25.We also provide community activities, meeting space for other organisations and volunteering opportunities for local people.

Greenacres Rescue Limited raises funds through its charity shops and fundraising activities to provide care for animals in need. The charity rescues and cares for animals and aims to rehome them. Money raised by the charity is invested to provide suitable shelter, food & veterinary care. Volunteers contribute to the running of the charity shops and paid staff are employed to care for the animals.

Established in 1884 Oxford House is an arts and community centre in Bethnal Green. Oxford House provides (1) a community space including cafe, affordable office and hire space; (2) a creative place with classes and activities for all ages in the theatre, dance studio, gallery, chapel, and roof terrace and (3) a place to volunteer.

BART aims to protect and improve the health of rivers and streams and their bankside environment within the Bristol Avon catchment area. BART achieves this by using the knowledge of its volunteers and by forming partnerships with other interested parties such as Wildlife Trusts, and by engaging with land owners, community groups and river users such as anglers and walkers.

Supporting women survivors of human trafficking and modern slavery to achieve the goal of complete and sustainable freedom. Adhering to best practices in coaching, facilitation and training to renew survivor confidence, purpose, and employability. Providing workshops, coaching, access to vocational work placements, internships, volunteer opportunities, training, and formal education.

1. Running craft workshops for people with disabilities (PWDs) to learn craft skills. 2. Training skilled volunteers to set up employment-generating craft workshops for PWDs facing poverty in the developing world. 3. Running a shop to sell products made by PWDs in our workshops in the developing world to provide them with an income.4. Running a cafe to provide day services & work experience.

The school exists to provide a public benefit of co-education for boys and girls ages 2 1/2 to 11 from nursery to Year 6. It also lends itself to the local parishes who use the school's facilities. The school raises funds for many other charities including, but not exclusive to, churches, Walking with the Wounded, Macmillan Cancer, British Legion, Operation Christmas Child, and Children in Need.

We recruit and train volunteers to visit families with at least one child under the age of twelve and who live in the area of Suffolk county. Volunteers offer informal, friendly and confidential support. Families are encouraged to widen their network of relationships and use services available within the community. Family groups and workshops are also provided.

We provide educational and recreational services including:-- a working livestock farm, gardens, playground, open daily 360 days a year with free entry- animal husbandry training- horticultural training for adults with learning difficulties- environmental youth work- community events- volunteer opportunities- community building hire- cafe

Beverley Minster and its associated churches provide Christian worship and mission. There is a clergy team led by the Vicar, a team of staff employed by the PCC and a large team of willing volunteers.The Minster strives to support the Diocesan Common fund generously, and gives a proportion of its congregational offering to outside causes and charities..

Run by local people for local people the organisation is truly resident-led and helps tackle social exclusion issues across local neighbourhoods, helping to relieve poverty, ill health and disadvantage through advocacy, education, personal development, volunteering, self help initiatives, active community projects, partnership working and community organising, and operate from four venues.

To raise funds and invite and receive contributions by way of subscriptions, donations or otherwise to supplement as the League thinks fit the resources of the hospital service in consultation with Somerset NHS Foundation Trust; to support the hospital by means of voluntary service; to provide facilities for patients and relatives.

Weekly meetings for worship and Bible teaching; midweek home-groups; baby and toddler groups; children's and youth work; lunch club for the poor; Easter, summer and Christmas evangelism and community activities; Alpha course; Journeys course; parenting course; marriage course; club for the elderly; volunteers serve and funds are given to churches in South Africa, Tajikistan, Albania and Bolivia.

Coptic Orphans is a development organization that provides aid and support to vulnerable children in Egypt. Our main program is Not Alone, which serves over 9,000 orphans in Egypt, through mentorships with hundreds of church volunteers. Our emphasis is on transformation of children and those around them. Coptic Orphans also serves communities through the Valuable Girl and Diaspora projects.

LoveBristol provide volunteers for community development and supports and initiates regeneration projects and intiatives in Stokes Croft and the Bristol area.

The Friendship Circle provides recreational programmes and activities for people who are isolated from the community due to their infirmity and disablement. Examples include events and outings, arts, crafts, cookery, trips etn. We have a buddy programme and our users to community volunteers who will visit them at their homes or take them out with a view to building friendships.

Provides support for community organisations, schools, offenders, the homeless and looked after children through employee volunteering.

1) Providing education, training, sports and recreational activities to local members of the community.2) Getting members of ethnic communities involved in healthy religious activities such as prayers,discussions, etc.3) Providing services all age groups.4) The Qadria Trust is involved in various fundraising activities for the building of a new Mosque.

To build the capacity of third sector organisations and provide them with support, information and services including: -Advancement of community health and social care and activities for young people aged 8 to 25. Activities include volunteering services, capacity building, training, networking events and information, interest groups, policy research, Community Wheels and representational work

The Frome Memorial Theatre facilities, run by volunteers, provide recreation and entertainment. A 540 seat Theatre houses arts and cultural performances. The Frome Assembly rooms are community facilities used for smaller performances and rehearsals, a day centre for the elderly, blood donor unit, council meetings and a facility for private functions. It is the home of the local War Memorial.
