Charity and VCS support Charities

The Group continues to be managed by the Group Executive Committee consisting of both lay and uniformed personnel. This committee has carried out fund raising, and maintains the links with the local authority, community, school and church. The development of the young people has been through training and learning verious skills and gaining badges.

The Esher Church School Association is the Parents' Association at Esher Church School. We have two main aims within the ECSA; one is to raise funds for the school, the other is to have a good time raising these funds.The ECSA has funded small and large projects, ranging from the climbing frame in Reception to the swimming pool, computers for the computer suite and new books for the library.

This society organises 10 lectures a year, a number of outings to various places of artistic interest at home and abroad. Decorative and Fine Arts groups are supported by volunteers and funding is provided to support research. Donations are also provided to support the preservation and development of our national artistic heritage.

We are a Scout group which includes Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts. We fundraise to pay for the upkeep of our Scout group headquarters and to give our young people as many opportunties to attend various scouting activities i.e. camping

We are a community centre where local groups hold their meetings and events and are available for private hire. We also hold our own events for fund raising.

SCHOOL FUND RAISING

As our name suggests, we are a friendly group whose main fundraising activity is the provision of refreshments for patients, staff and visitors from our coffee bar in North Tees Hospital. Funds raised provide patient comforts and amenities not available through the NHS.

Grade II* Ancient Monument. Brick built tower mill. Open to public for visits and to schools for educational visits. Active voluntary group assist with maintenance and fund raising.

The 29th Cardiff Scout Group formed in 1930 runs from Scoutbase in Pontcanna Fields, Cardiff. As a group we are one of the larger Scout Groups in Cardiff and Wales, with 200 members, 30 adult volunteers representing 140 families and consist of:2 Beaver Colonies (6-8yrs) 2 Cub Packs (8-11)1 Scout Troop (11-14)1 Explorer Scout Unit (14-18)

Provision and maintenance of hall and facilities for use by local and other clubs/groups (all ages) and family celebrations, fund raising etc. Large hall (max 150), meeting room (30), disabled access/toilet. Large kitchen, bar available. Parking 50 adjacent hall, easy access M5 Gloucester South J12.

Administration, maintenance and fundraising for the building known as Little Yeldham Village Hall, including hire for events and clubs.

Fundraising, educational lectures and social events to help fund the collection, preservation and storage of Dorset's archives.

Pear Tree School is the Charity and it caters for students with severe and multiple and profound learning difficulties. The Charity raises money for the school to provide additional resources and equipment for the students. Pear Tree caters for students from the Preston, Wyre and Fylde area.

Raise funds through social activities in order to provide and assist in the provision of facilitiesto advance the education of the pupils of Castledon School (not normally provided by the Education authority). Castledon School is a school for pupils with moderate learning difficulties and autisitic spectrum disorders.

A pre-school playgroup for children from 2 to 4 years old. Managed by parents and carers who raise money for equipment and activities.

Bridgend Male Choir a larger Welsh male choir which performs concerts to assist in fund raising for charities throughout the UK and to promote choral singing

To raise funds to provide additional facilities and equipment for the school. To engage in activities which support the school and its staff and thereby support pupils at the school. To develop and enhance relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school.

To raise funds to enable the Charity to meet its objectives of providing grants to any Masonic or other charity and to deserving cases in the Province and the local community.

Aldryngton PTA was established in 1982 and exists to advance the education of the pupils of the school by providing, and assisting to provide, facilities and resources for education at the school (not normally provided by the local authority). The Committee are the managing trustees and meet twice a term to manage the affairs of the PTA and to discuss and organise fund raising events.

THE HALL IS CURRENTLY USED TO SERVE THE COMMUNITY FOR THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES:SHORT MAT BOWLING, YOGA, COFFEE MORNINGS, ART CLUB, BEADWORK CLASSES, YOUNG FARMERS, CRAFTING, MOO MUSIC, BABY & TODDLER GROUP, GARDEN CLUB, FILM NIGHTS.IT IS AVAILABLE FOR MEETINGS, DANCES, FUND RAISING ACTIVITIES & PRIVATE HIRE THE PLAYING FIELD IS USED FOR SPORT, RECREATION AND GENERAL PLAYING AREA FOR CHILDREN
