Our services are free, confidential, independent & impartial, providing advice & information in Redbridge. We campaign to influence the development of social policies & ensure individuals do not suffer through lack of knowledge. In addition to generalist advice, we provide specialist advisory services in debt, welfare benefits and employment. We offer volunteering opportunities in various roles.

The SVSA has been developed to support the sustainability and growth of the VCSE sector organisations with charitable purpose in Sunderland. It also has a role in attracting additional funding and investment into the city for the sector. It is a conduit between VCSE sector organisations, local commissioners and national funding organisations to strengthen relationships for public benefit.

Home-Start supports families with at least one child under five, or expecting a baby, offering friendship and tailored practical and emotional support and advocacy. We train volunteers to work with families within their home.

Fundraising for Distribution of Christian literature; establishing Institutes of Training; running Children's clubs; and establishment of adult literacy projects

National Trails UK will deliver its charitable objects through advocacy, liaising with government and working with relevant departments on long-term policy and strategy for the National Trails. It will actively raise funds in support of its objectives, enabling information exchange and learning opportunities for members and will market and promote the National Trails for the benefit of all.

Organise Cultural & Religious activities. Help with Education, promote and support activities for the elderly, youth and young. Regularly support Harrow Mayors Charities. Donations to charities working for the relief of Famine in Africa etc. Provide volunteers to assist other charities with aims similar to ours. All charity activities are carried out by volunteers and they are not paid.

SCVS is an umbrella organisation offering support including training to voluntary organisations in Swale and as an accredited volunteer centre offer a volunteer brokerage service. We operate a volunteer transport scheme providing transport for older people and those with disabilities who are unable to access public transport scheme and a befriending scheme for older socially isolated residents.

As a Roman Catholic Missionary Institute, the Claretians work in Parish Ministry, Retreat Ministry and fundraising for supporting Claretian missions in developing countries.

Basingstoke Voluntary Action is an umbrella organisation for Community and Voluntary Organisations in the Basingstoke and Deane Borough, providing information training and advice to promote support and develop voluntary action.

Voluntary Action Swindon is the local Council for Voluntary Service (CVS) in Swindon. As an infrastructure organisation, Voluntary Action Swindon offers capacity building support to voluntary and community organisations; it represents their interests and provides a voice for them in policy-making. All voluntary and community organisations in the Borough of Swindon are our target groups.

VANS is the local infrastructure support organisation for voluntary and community groups and for volunteers across North Somerset.We provide a range of funding, development, training and networking activities to those groups.We also run the Volunteer Centre which provides information on volunteering opportunities and provides information and support to people wishing to volunteer.

A local Mind association providing a range of services to support people experiencing emotional distress and poor mental wellbeing. We provide supported housing, a range of activities from a Wellbeing Centre including groups, peer support, outdoor access , counselling, supported volunteering, advice and information, outreach, anti stigma and promotional work, charity shop.

The charity provides a range of disability-related services including:. Advice & Information - with a focus on welfare benefits and disability rights. Community Cafe - serving healthy, home-cooked food at affordable prices. Shopmobility - daily hire of mobility scooters and wheelchairs plus sales of disability aids. Volunteer scheme - with opportunities for training and development

THE ORGANISATION PROVIDES SERVICES TO CHILDREN AND ADULTS WHO HAVE SEVERE LEARNING DISABILITIES BY PROVIDING A HOME BASED RESPITE CARE SERVICE, SATURDAY CLUB, HOLIDAY SCHEMES AND COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES. THE ORGANISATION HAS A CHARITY SHOP WHICH RAISES FUNDS FOR THE CHARITY.THE CHARITY HAS A HOLIDAY BUNGALOW FOR USE.

We are an independent, user-led charity where all 15 trustees have a learning disability, and with members from across Oxfordshire. As well as promoting choice, empowerment and participation, we provide volunteering, training, social and paid work opportunities that combat isolation and lead to more fulfilling lives.

To raise funds for Yeshiva Beth Medrash Gevoha of America, a Talmudical College (Yeshiva) in Jerusalem, Israel.

The Charity operates two lifeboats off the coast of Southport and additionally carries out beach, mud and marshland searches and rescues in the coastal areas between the rivers Mersey and Ribble. Education and Training are offered to volunteers.

Rushmoor voluntary services supports voluntary action. We are here to help increase the skills and capacity of local voluntary and community groups. We provide free information, advice and support to enable groups to help people in Farnborough, Aldershot and the surrounding area. We also manage a volunteer centre, home help service, dial a ride transport services and community transport scheme.

Number 8 is a Community Arts Centre inspired and led by the people of Pershore. It provides a programme of film, live events, event cinema, creative workshops and exhibitions, and offers facilities for community classes and groups. Opened in 2004 it is governed by a Board of Trustees and managed by an Executive Team which includes two senior employees, supported by approximately 200 volunteers.

St Luke's CARES is a small innovative charity committed to supporting communities across inner South Leeds. Our programmes include The Shine Project, support girls at risk, The First Steps Project providing training and work experience to those furthest from the labour market, and a series of social enterprises designed to engage the local community and raise money for the charity's projects.

To raise funds for Yad Sarah, a charitable organisation in Israel, which lends medical and rehabilitative equipment free of charge as well as providing a variety of homecare support services.

Inn Churches has grown from a month-long pilot to a thriving community project with more than 900 volunteers from churches and the wider community in Bradford. We have provided over 5000 beds for homeless and vulnerable people in the Bradford area. In addition we provide practical support for those who need it most in the form of the WHHP programme, starter packs, food and cookery lessons.

Supports people pre and post colostomy operation and their families and carers. Produces a range of literature, including a quarterly magazine. Operates a 24 / 7 Helpline. 90+ contact volunteers across country.
