Fundraising to advance education at Downe House School

We have daily Luncheon club, yoga,keep-fit class,Tai Chi Class,Health events,Health Talks,monthly Eyes test,Swimming Class,Celebration for New year ,Chinese New Year etc,Day trips.Residential Trip and Fundraising Events.Besides, we have Elderly Project ,Welfare Advice Project,Housebound Project ,Volunteering Project ,Community Development and Health Project.

CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES FOR JEWISH BOYS & GIRLSCommunity youth projects, drop-in, services, education and support for the youth and their guardians within the Leeds Jewish Community. Offering state of the art facilities and activities led by youth workers, volunteers and leadership participants.

The Trust raises funds to support the work of Harper Adams University. It's principal aim is to finance student scholarships, particularly for those students who need financial aid to pursue their course of study, and to help generate income to support building projects that assist the University to achieve it's primary educational purpose.

The Trust will raise money to restore, renovate and maintain the historic Selsey Pavilion to ensure its return to use for community, educational and social events. We aim to improve the standard of healthcare provision in Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) and the UK through the training of staff and students in both regions. We run undergraduate student exchange programmes between SSA and UK, and also place professional UK volunteers within healthcare facilities in SSA on long and short-term basis in order to provide training and facilitate knowledge exchange.

College House N. Z. Trust raises funds to support the advancement of education primarily for financially disadvantaged students attending College House, an independent hall of residence for University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand. To achieve its purposes the Trust provides funding for bursaries, scholarships, endowments. We also contribute towards repairs to the chapel.

TTVS is a council for voluntary service, incorporating Torridge Volunteer Centre and providing infrastructure support for the voluntary and community sector/for volunteering. TTVS delivers direct services to the communities of Torridge and North Devon via projects developed in response to unmet need such as services to support carers, young carers and older people.

Play Inclusion Project provides respite to parents and carers of children and young people with additional needs and disabilities through short breaks activities. The charity delivers youth clubs, weekend clubs and holiday clubs during every school holiday period. We recruit staff and volunteers to meet the individual support needs of the children and young people who attend our activities.

MENTORING SERVICE -VOLUNTEERS PROVIDE ONE TO ONE SUPPORT OUTSIDE THE FAMILY HOME, FOR VULNERABLE YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 10-16.FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICE - TRAINED VOLUNTEERS WORK WITH LOCAL VULNERABLE FAMILIES, EMPOWERING THEM TO MOVE THEIR LIVES FORWARD.

HANDS ON LONDON ACTS AS INTERMEDIARY BETWEEN THIRD SECTOR ORGANISATIONS INCLUDING SCHOOLS IN LONDON AND INDIVIDUAL AND CORPORATE VOLUNTEERS. WE AIM TO CREATE VOLUNTEERING FOR INDIVIDUALS/COMPANIES MORE FLEXIBLE, ACCESSIBLE, CONVENIENT, AND EFFICIENT BY OFFERING MORE AD-HOC/MINIMAL COMMITMENT VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES. WE HELP THE THIRD SECTOR SOURCE VOLUNTEERS FOR THEIR ACTIVITIES FOR FREE.

To support over 6300 young people and 2200 adult volunteers in England's largest geographical county to learn vital skills for life through adventure and the great outdoors.

The principle activities of the charity each year are to raise funds primarily from parental contributions and to remit these funds to The London Oratory School.

To alleviate suffering and distress caused to dogs and in particular Labradors which may be ill-treated, abandoned, rejected or neglected. The area covered by the trust is mainly in South West England. The trust has over one hundred helpers who are all unpaid volunteers.

The Trust supports the priorities of Canterbury Cathedral, and raises awareness of the site and its significance, its heritage value and its activities. The charity raises funds to: conserve the building and its collections; enhance access and interpretation; develop the site as a centre for learning; promote the choral music tradition; and create sustainable opportunities for craftsmen and women.

The Household Cavalry Foundation (The HCF) raises funds to care for the Soldiers, Casualties, Veterans, Families, Heritage and Horses of the Household Cavalry. Helping soldiers injured on operations and providing aid to veterans and their dependants, The HCF provides a vital support role working to improve the lives of all serving and veteran members of the Household Cavalry and their dependants.
