The object of the Heron Theatre is to present to the public dramatic and kindred arts by means of the production of dramatic, musical and dance performances, films, lectures, and slide shows; and the promotion of other cultural activities in its own theatre and elsewhere. The Heron Theatre is run entirely by unpaid volunteers.

TO UNDERTAKE PUBLIC PERFORMANCES OF DANCE AND MUSIC. TO TAKE PART IN COMPETITIONS ORGANISED AND RUN BY WINTERGUARD UNITED KINGDOM. ARRANGING FUNDRAISING AND SOCIAL EVENTS.

Young persons project offering opportunities in work experience. Registered body providing CRB service for borough. Organise Get Together Groups throughout Barking and Dagenham for isolated and older residents serviced and managed by volunteers.

Raising money for education and religious purposes in Israel

To raise money from parents, guardians and former pupils of John Hampden Grammar School and spend it on the purchase of educational equipment and related facilities that enhance the learning of pupils at the school and which costs cannot be met from annual government funding.

Raising money for equipment and services for Ludlow Community Hospital.

LOCAL VOLUNTEERS THAT ORGANISE AND PUT TOGETHER FELIXSTOWE CARNIVAL WEEKEND, WITH HELP FROM DONATIONS FROM LOCAL BUSINESSES. ANY PROFITS MADE AT THE END OF OUR FINANCIAL YEAR ARE THEN DISTRIBUTED TO OTHER LOCAL CHARITIES.

Objects of the Charity are to support the educational work of the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings. In furtherance of this, the Trust undertakes the following activities: providing monies for the SPAB Scholarship programme; organising the AGM for the Trust at a weekend event; fund raising to support the Trust and providing informal CPD for members.

Surf Life Saving organises training and coaching for the volunteers in of the Surf Life Saving Clubs in Cornwall. Organises competitions and events based on life saving activities.Training and equipping of volunteers for Cornwall Flood Rescue Team.Training and assisting the Clubs in providing a voluntary Beach Lifeguard Patrol.

Education and development of young people through a variety of activities and competitions including public speaking, stock judging, cookery and sports. 12 clubs across the county organise their own weekly meeting. Emphasis on social, fundraising and travel opportunities too.

To encourage co-operation and good relations between parents, staff and others associated with the school through events for parents, pupils and the local community. In doing so these events may raise funds to assist in the provision of facilities for the school to enhance the education of the pupils of Streatham and Clapham High School.

The normal function of the Committee is to administer the Hall for the benefit of all local inhabitants and to raise funds for the maintenance, improvement and running of the Hall for all user groups

The hall acts as a community centre for the Trawsgoed Community Council area. It is non-profit making run by a Management Committee all of whom are volunteers. The hall may be hired by local organisations or individuals for their own events. It was refurbished in 2006-7 with grant assistance from the Heritage lottery Fund, Welsh assembly and Ceredigion County Council.

HOWGILL VILLAGE HALL IS USED BY PEOPLE OF ALL AGES WHO LIVE IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA AND BEYOND FOR MANY SOCIAL EVENTS, INCLUDING CHRISTMAS, HARVEST, AND OTHER CELEBRATIONS. IT ALSO HOLDS SPORTS DAYS, CONCERTS, DOMINO DRIVES, WOMENS INSTITUTE, YOUNG FARMERS AND WEEKLY TODDLERS GROUP, AS WELL AS FUND RAISING EVENTS E.G. DUCK RACE, COFFEE EVENINGS AND HIRE OF THE HALL BY OTHER GROUPS

The charity was formed in 1993 to raise money to advance the education of the pupils of Muswell Hill Primary School.

Raising funds through events and other activities and making grants to two primary age group schools to cover specified educational expenditure as agreed by charity Trustees.

PROVISION of a public building for use by all Blackforby and surrounding village residents to hold private events, fund raising events, excersise, small groups for the elderley and vunerable and learning groups.
