To establish workshops, projects and schemes for the training and provision of work experience for unemployed or disabled persons.To provide educational and training facilities for unemployed persons resident in the area of benefit. To assist any charitable organisation which is part of the Scouting Movement. To raise funds and to invite and receive contributions from any person/s.

We promote Bognor Regis local history by offering monthly meetings with talks on various subjects. We also offer slide shows and talks to local schools and adult groups, plus attend seasonal events with our own stall. Finally, the society operates a local history museum in the town, run entirely by the volunteer membership.

To raise money for the benefit of patients and their families on Somersham Ward (Cancer Ward) and oncology clinics at Ipswich Hospital.

Providing a community hub within North West London for children and young adults across a wide range of ages with thriving Beaver, Cub, Scout and Pioneer groups. Volunteer lead we aim to give young people access to experiences including camping, hiking, countryside awareness in addition to fostering an environment of friendship, trust, self-confidence and personal skills development.

Providing fund raising events such as cake sales, summer,easter and Christmas fairs, School discos, ball summer ball etc to raise money for the school.

We donate gifts and monies for fund raising. Representatives of the charities receiving items from us collect the gifts or monies from our shop. Personally or in the case of cheques receive them from us by Royal Mail. We do not have personal contact with the beneficiaries.

Fundraising for the Parent Teachers Association

The organisation undertakes social and fundraising events with the intention of:- 1. Promoting extended relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school. 2. Supporting the school in the educational advancement of the pupils attending the school. 3. Providing and assisting in the provision of equipment and facilities not normally provided by LEA.

Fundraising for upkeep of village hall

Provides therapies, help and advice for members, to relieve symptoms and improve their standard of life. To do this we have to raise funds through donations and our own fund raising activities and the fund raising activities of our supporters.Our therapies include Hyper-baric Oxygenation, Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Shiatsu and EFT. We are a self-help group and drop-in centre.

The Shia Islamic Education Society has been set up to promote and advance the islamic religion in accordance with the principles of the Shia Ithna-Asheri faith and for the relief of the poor belonging to the Shia sect. The managing trustee can raise funds for the upkeep, restoration and repair of the buildings used for this purpose and to provide other services to meet these objectives.

Raise funds to help finance the provision of specialist equipment and promoting the welfare of staff and patients at the Special Care Baby Units in Gloucestershire

The Mayor of Sefton's Charity carries out various fund raising activities throughout the Mayoral Year.The charity currently has three area committees which raise money directly for the charity:Crosby, The Parishes and Southport.The Mayor of Sefton's Annual Charity Ball also takes place to raise money for the charity

GIRLGUIDING STOCKPORT IS PART OF A WORLDWIDE MOVEMENT, ENABLING GIRLS AND YOUNG WOMEN TO FULFIL THEIR POTENTIAL TO TAKE AN ACTIVE AND RESPONSIBLE ROLE IN SOCIETY THROUGH OUR DISTINCTIVE, STIMULATING AND ENJOYABLE PROGRAMMES OF ACTIVITIES DELIVERED BY OUR TRAINED VOLUNTEER LEADERS.

We organise Charity functions (dances)Raffles, quiz nights to raise money for local charities in the community. We also hire the hall to groups during the day and evening for them to meet.
