Fund raising and helping disadvantaged children

To raise funds and donate these funds to other registered charities.

We operate as a UK prayer base for the nations. Our building is used for teaching, training and education, also for fundraising and administration. Abroad we pioneer projects to feed/educate destitute children. We encourage local farming, medical & health education. Future plans are to help projects become more self sufficient.

Fund raising concerts

The Charity runs a local community centre which is used by various groups in the community for a wide range of activities benefiting the community and the wider area. The community centre has proved a huge benefit to the inhabitants of St. Georges, but we are continuing to fund-raise towards the desperately needed phase 2 extension so that extra meeting and storage space can be achieved.

The Friends organise social and fund raising events for parents and girls of Guildford High School.

Organising and running fund raising activities; including a christmas fair, wrap a present, quiz night, camp out night, Colour Run and hot dog and ice cream Fridays.

The main activities of the charity are organizing and running fund raising events for the benefit of Sonning Common Primary School.

5th Sheppey scout group caters for the needs of the Eastern end of the Isle of Sheppey covering Warden, Leysdown and EastchurchWe hold fund raising events . All sections are growing in numbers. LOCAL MUSEUM RUN BY VOLUNTEERS. OPEN TO THE PUBLIC ON 3 DAYS A WEEK. COVERS THORNBURY TOWN AND SURROUNDING DISTRICT. CONSERVES AND DISPLAYS ARTEFACTS OF LOCAL PROVENANCE. UNDERTAKES SOME RESEARCH. RUNS ONE ASSOCIATED GROUP: ARCHAEOLOGY. ORGANISES OCCASIONAL PUBLIC TALKS AND WALKS.

Raise funds through various fundraising activities and by inviting donations, legacies etc. from the general public. Funds are utilised in the provision of amenities and equipment for hospitals and medical centres within our catchment area.

Parent Teacher Assocation of Goudhurst and Kilndown CE Primary School.To raise money in line with the School Improvement Plan to enhance the education of the children in the school, be that enrichment activities or capital projects.

The community hall is let for the purpose of scout and beaver groups weekly meetings, keep fit class, craft class, , fundraising activities - quizzes, socials and private lettings - weddings. Women's Institute twice-monthly meetings. New for 2017:- weekly Zumba class, monthly coffee mornings, weekly W.I. knitting and craft group. Guide dogs for the blind training, Sunday religious group.

PTA Fund raising for Meopham Community Academy

To raise funds for the advancement of the education of pupils of the Raleigh school.

Fundraising for primary school.

To provide community activities and raise money for the maintenance of the hall.

Decoy PTA raises funds for the school as a whole, to benefit all students who attend.

To provide accommodation for scout and guide pack holidays. To provide meeting rooms for scouts and guides, and adult volunteers. To promote social activities for the benefit of scouts and guides.

Raises money through school fairs, discos and other social events. Provides the money to help provide equipment and learning experiences for the pupils of the school.

CTL offers: a low-cost quality toy, book & child safety equipment loan scheme to families with children aged under five; a mobile service to isolated community groups; stay & play sessions for members; advice & support to members & other organisations on a wide range of parenting and child-related issues; music & storytelling sessions; information days; volunteering opportunities
