Ensure the Village Hall (currently situated within Charlton-on-Otmoor School grounds and called the "Community Hall") is operated for the benefit of Charlton on Otmoor residents and its immediate neighbours with whom it has strong links. If a separate body maintains, hires out or runs the hall, the Committee ensures it is run for the benefit of Charlton community as per the Percy Collett bequest.
