Stratford Methodist church provides worship and mission. Opportunities for worship in the Methodist Christian tradition are primarily through Sunday services, including Sunday school for children. Mission to the community takes the form of community work activities within the building, i.e. parents and toddler group, groups for elderly and letting of rooms for community use.

We offer a breakfast club for children 2-11 and a walking bus to Wateringbury School. During the School hours, we have a pre-school for children aged 2 up to school age with sessions for full days or half days. Following school, children can be collected from Wateringbury School and taken back to our facilities for an after school club that includes food.

The Charity operates a pre-school and provides before & after School care and opportunities for music education in a purpose-built eco-education centre. It also offers adult training in education and child care, and provides environmental education and opportunities to promote environmental benefit.

BD4 Community Trust runs two projects with the aim of Supporting and Restoring Community across the Generations. BD4 Family provides services for pre-school children and their families including Parent & Toddler Groups, Healthy Lifestyle Activities, Nursery Preparation and Infant Massage classes and Gems provide a Day Centre, Supermarket Bus Run and Outings for the older people in the community.

Bolton Le Sands Preschool, Playgroup and Toddlers provide a caring and educational environment for children between the ages of 0 - 5 to to enable them to progress easily to school

Stacey Centre is managed by The Community Association & supported by Portsmouth City Council. The centre has a five-a-side floodlit football pitch, car parking facilities & disabled access. Groups running at the centre include Nature Nursery, Men in Sheds, karate groups, dance classes, stroke club, social club for people with learning disabilities plus community orchard & community cycle project.

Garrison Playgroup

Busy Bees Pre-School is a community group run by parents for parents. We aim to provide a safe, caring, inclusive and friendly environment where all children can feel happy, stimulated and confident. We provide care and education for children aged 3-5 years using the Foundation Stage Curriculum.

Sunrise provides playgroups, youth groups and drop-ins for members of the local ethnic minority communities. We also provide a confidential counselling and support service for those at risk of or experiencing domestic abuse. Through our sessions we provide advice and support on a wide range of issues affecting our users, including health, education, racial discrimination and human rights.

We are a local pre-school who offers appropriate play, education and care facilities to children and young people, whatever their race, religion, means or ability in a safe and controlled environment.

Cranmer Pre-School provides high quality affordable childcare and education for children ages 2-5 years for the families of the local community.

The Charity's activities are to advance education with a Christian ethos amongst children of pre-school age in the community of North Wingfield and surrounding areas.

Stowupland Pre-school & the mighty oaks is a Pre-school and Lunch Club provider. We also run a toddler group once a week. We are run by a voluntary management committee, who also organise fundraising events.

Early years education

We are a local charity Pre-School group, who run all day sessions five days a week. We cater for children aged two years to five years from the local area.

Halewood Youth In Community Centre is a charitable organisation that has existed in the heart of its local community since the mid 1960's directly working with children, young people and their parents through the offer of a range of different daily and evening time services that include; pre-school breakfast clubs, after school clubs, evening time youth sessions, and full-time holiday playschemes.
