Belwood Playgroup is a local early years setting, running from the Public Hall in the village of Belton. Providing care and education for children from 2yrs - until nursery age. we are registered with Ofsted and the local authority and can also provide places for funded 2, 3 and 4 yr olds, running term time, Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9.00am-3.00pm.

The aim of the pre-school is to enhance the development and education of children primarily under statutory school age by encouraging parents to understand and provide for the needs of their children through community groups - offering appropriate play facilities and training courses. Instigating and adhering to and futhering the aim of the pre-school learning allience.

Crudwell Village Hall and Playground provide meeting and play facilities for village activities. The hall is used by many village organisations for group meetings. Non village groups & individuals can hire the hall for functions. Playground facilities include a multi sports facility, playing field and children's play area.

Building with facilities for hire including a large hall with a stage and a 2nd meeting room; fully equipped kitchen; license to provide a bar. Outdoor space consists of a recreational field; accommodates two football/rugby pitches; cricket square and a fenced play area for children containing a wide range of equipment and apparatus. There are also changing rooms with showering facilities.

To provide facilities for use by the Shotgate community and surrounding area.Actitivities include play group, over 50s club, table tennis, wine club, gardening club etc.Shotgate Community Hall is available for hire for private functions weddings, parties etc.

To provide a building and rooms for meetings from various groups ie football club, nursery school, youth club, different groups of all ages within the village.

Pre Shool Playgroup

Care and education for children from 2 years to 5 years old

We aim to improve everyone's quality of life by fostering the community spirit and by bringing people together. The overall plan is to operate a programme of diverse events appealing to as wide a range of interests as possible, offer hirings, provide a home for the North Wraxall Playgroup (both pre-school and toddlers groups), and make modest grants to improve local amentities.

Fundraising for the Parent Teachers Association

The organisation undertakes social and fundraising events with the intention of:- 1. Promoting extended relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school. 2. Supporting the school in the educational advancement of the pupils attending the school. 3. Providing and assisting in the provision of equipment and facilities not normally provided by LEA.

Pensioner's Club. Keep fit classes. Nursery Sessions. Baby Clinic. Disabled classes. Meetings of all kinds for the Community. Local voting venue.Dance classes.Ocasional parties,Coffee mornings, Fund raising events.

To provide a safe and caring environment for young children to play and learn together

Pucklechurch Playgroup is an Ofsted-approved community based Playgroup, providing sessional care for children aged between 2 and 5.

Playgroup sessions are every week day morning, with Parent & Toddler sessions one afternoon per week, providing a valuable service to local children and their families.

Provision of education and employment training facilities to women, provision of creche' facilities for mothers who attend the courses, organising employment and self emplyment related seminars and running a youth centre for young girls.

Fairlight Village Playgroup is OFSTED approved, providing children from the age of two years to pre-school with educational and developmental experiences and activities. To support and aid their learning and development.

Sunday church services, bible study groups, parent and toddler group, Rainbow Tots Playgroup, Kidz Klub, youth group, music group, town centre coffee morning, schools work, support for home and overseas charities.

To provide quality care and education for Pre-School children, with an appropriate curriculum to meet their needs. Taking into account the needs arising from race, culture,language and religion. To share information resources and practical advice, whilst supporting the childrens families.

We provide and maintain a meeting place for the local church, school, mother's union, young farmers, holiday club for young children with associated village green and play ground open to the public at large free of charge. The hall is available for hire for private and fund raising functions.

PRE SCHOOL EDUCATION

Brynamman Public Hall is a community oriented venue offering various local facilities, recreation, a volunteering program and employment in the village of Brynamman. The Public Hall is open 7 days a week, operating as a full time 2 screen cinema with a broad programme of films, theatre, snooker hall, and space for community groups such as the local Cylch / nursery. Est. 1926.

Children's preschool playgroup, allowing children to develop and learn through play in an organised and friendly environment. Giving preschool children the confidence and independence to help prepare them for school.
