EARLY YEARS CHILDCARE PROVIDER

provides a meeting facility for organisations on Chapel House and the surrounding area i.e.badminton, bowls, bingo, dancing,martial arts, mothers & tots, pantomime, playgroup, tai chi,Over 60's club, TWG, wine club. It also is available for private hire during the year.

Provision of pre school education for 18 months olds and over for the children of Otley, Suffolk and the surrounding area.

To advance the education of children attending Hook Junior School or Hook Infant School, Hook, Hampshire (Hook Schools) or the successors to these institutions.This is completed via a series of school-located events which allow us to raise funds for the use of the two schools co-located within the Hook area.

Provides facilities for the residents of Little Stukeley for private and public functions. The Hall is rented by various clubs and individuals, and a day nursery is licenced to use the Hall on weekdays.

We provide a childrens play area, open space and football pitches

THE VILLAGE HALL IS USED THROUGHOUT OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY. HIRING FOR TEA DANCES, PRE-SCHOOL, DANCE , INDOOR BOWELS CLUBS ,AND SO ON. ALSO USED FOR WEDDINGS, FUNERALS AND CHRISTENINGS. IN THE SUMMER TIME THE FIELDS AROUND THE HALL ARE USED FOR FUND RAISING EVENTS WITH THE VILLAGE HALL BEING THE CENTRE.

We provide child care for 2-5 yr old children with various activities to promote learning thro play, to teach social activities ie. learning to share and care for each other. Also to prepare - settle in early learning for when they go into full time education.

We are a local Village hall providing a space to hire for the local community to use for meetings, events and activities for all ages. The hall is used by health and welfare groups as well as a pre-school.

Awarding grants towards educational purposes to children & young persons who reside in Hampton Lucy, Charlecote, Alveston & Wasperton. Applications also considered from junior and infant schools in Hampton Lucy and Alveston and Barford Junior School where Wasperton residents attend. Other local schools which residents of Hampton Lucy, Charlecote, Alveston & Wasperton attend are also supported.

We maintain a well kept village hall providing facilities for local and non local residents. Activities include facilities for badminton, weekly circuit training, weekly special needs playgroup, Ring Craft. Large hall available for larger groups, meeting room for parish council's & other meetings. Family and club celebrations/parties, dog shows, quizzes, bands. Large car park

General charitable purposes. Arts/culture. Sport/recreation.Community Building & Playing Field for the benefit of the community. Activities include Toddler Group, Table Tennis, Archaeology Group, Womens Group, Horticultural Society, various adult Classes (Art Class & Daisy Foundation etc.) and usage by the local Community, School and Church

The Hall is available for Clubs, Associations, Parish Council, Doctor's surgery, Chiropodist, Nursery and Play School, weekly Lunch Club for the elderly, table Tennis, and for private functions.

THE HALL IS AVAILABLE TO HIRE FOR PRIVATE FUNCTIONS AS WELL AS ALL LOCAL COMMUNITY EVENTS. THE LARGE RECREATION FIELD IS OPEN ACCESS AND SUPPORTS ONE SENIOR FOOTBALL TEAM (IN SUMMER) AND TWO JUNIOR GIRLS FOOTBALL TEAMS (IB WINTER). A FENCED CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA IS AVAILBLE FOR THE YOUNGER AGES RANGE.

The Hall and satellite rooms are available for hire for various, leisure, cultural, educational and religious purposes, together with changing rooms/showers/toilets for outside sports. The hire charges together with other fundraising events maintain the Hall and the onsite sports pitches, open space and childrens play area.

Hire of Hall for all different activities in the Community i.e. Pre-school, CarpetBowls, Scrabble, Dancing, Bingo etc.

To maintain and improve the village hall for the use of all people living in the village and surrounding area and also raising funds to do this. Once again the Hall has become a learning centre for a nursery school embracing our farming and country community.

The Hall is a hub for the village. Clubs using the facilities include: Indoor Bowls, Badminton, Aerobics and Keep Fit. Regular users are a pre-school club, day centre for elderly, the W.I. dancing classes and dog training. It is also hired for private events. Fund raising events are held to ensure that the facility is maintained for the benefit of the community.

The purpose of the committee is to ensure that Centre provides a suitable facility for all local people. Users are Pre School, Dance, Keept Fit, Zumba, Snooker/Youth/Corner Clubs, meeting venue, Parish Council & general hire. We also hold an annual Pit Run in late April which attracts 200 competitors. The Institute (aka Harrold Centre) has been refurbished, reopening in September 2017.

School PTFA

Hire of halls for community use. Religious groups, pre school groups, sporting activities, dance classes and meetings.

To provide out of school activities and encourage fundraising, for pupils with Special Educational Needs at The Dales School. These activities will be offered above and beyond what is delivered through the National Curriculum eg (respite holidays / Christmas outings - pantomime etc.)

The village hall operates 2 halls in the centre of the village & is used primarily for social, recreational & leisure purposes for village residents, ranging from the young (play school, youth club, parties) to the elderly (luncheons, whist, quiz's, yoga) etc. It is sometimes hired to host adjoining village/district functions.

Based in the beautiful village of Rainow, our friendly, creative pre-school provides sessional daycare every weekday morning for up to 24 children aged 2-5, most of whom go on to the acclaimed Rainow Primary School.
