Activities & Mission

We offer a range of support services to women in St Helens and surrounding areas who are struggling with the impact of mental health issues and domestic abuse. Services include one-to-one counselling and CBT, in person and remotely, and weekly groups for social inclusion, health and wellbeing and domestic abuse support. We also offer a monthly menopause support group and online courses.
