COMMUNITY CHAPLAINCY - NORFOLK WORKS WITH PEOPLE OF ALL FAITHS AND OF NONE. IT SEEKS TO PROVIDE PRACTICAL, EMPOWERING AND AFFIRMING SUPPORT FOR PRISONERS AND EX-PRISONERS BOTH PRIOR TO DISCHARGE AND ON RELEASE, IN ORDER THAT THEY MAY SUCCESSFULLY RE-INTEGRATE INTO THE COMMUNITY, REALISE THEIR POTENTIAL AND NOT RETURN TO PRISON.
