WE RUN PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IN OUR SUBSIDIARY RESTAURANT FIFTEEN CORNWALL, DEVELOP COMMUNITY TRAINING IN OTHER SETTINGS AND HELP DEVELOP THE LOCAL FOOD SYSTEM.
