Activities & Mission

We are a support group for anyone who has experienced critical illness within Intensive Care (ICU).We support former patients and those close to them - all the services and activities we offer are free. We have weekly Drop-In meetings to meet others with similar problems, Exercise sessions to rebuild strength, and Relaxation training to combat stress plus social events - all currently on Zoom
