Dial Southend is an organization run by and for disabled people, our origins are firmly rooted in a belief that the voice of disabled people, both as individuals and collectively is to empower disabled people to have independence, choice, and control over their lives and remove the barriers that exist within society to eradicate inequality for local disabled people and live interdependently. .
