The aims and objectives of the Charity are to provide a new Community Building which will include facilities for education, information, economic development, sport and recreation. SOCIAL HOUSING MEANS LOW COST RENTAL ACCOMMODATION AND LOW COST HOME OWNERSHIP ACCOMMODATION AS DEFINED IN SECTION 68 AND SOCIAL HOUSING AS DEFINED IN SECTION 77 OF THE HOUSING AND REGENERATION ACT 2008.
