THE PROVISION OF POSITIVE ACTIVITIES FOR RURAL YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 10 TO 28

To advance the education of young members to provide,and promote the provisions and facilities, for recreation and other leisure time occupations, being facilties which will improve their conditions of life and will assist in the developmet of their spiritual and mental capabilities, self reliance and individual responsibility.

Education and Community involvement of women in rural communities

Preservation, improvement and prevention of obstruction of the existing network of public rights of way.Extension of this network by the creation of new public rights of way and the recovery of lost public rights of way. Provision, preservation and advancement of public access to open country. Preservation and enhancement of the beauty of the countryside for the benefit of the public.

Womens organisation for educational and social life of rural people

Have meetings every week where we get together and do a range of activities ranging from sports to talks. We hold events such as parties and rallies to raise money for different charities.

The objects of the Trust are to provide financial support to individuals from African countries, particularly Malawi and Mozambique, who need such support to pursue agricultural studies at University level in the United Kingdom with a view to assisting agricultural development within their own countries.

To keep the Richard Tottie Village Hall in good repair for the use in the community. The Village Hall is used by the Church, Parish Council, Young Farmers and assorted parties for young and old.

Charity owns a small piece of arable land in the village of BerghApton, Norfolk. Annually gives grants to individuals and groups resident in BerghApton.

Voluntary Rural Youth Provision in the Leamington/Rugby areas of Warwickshire

The Womens Insitute Is based onthe ideals of fellowship, truth,tolerance and justice, embracing the interests of both rural and urban communities.The main purpose is to advancethe education of women and girls for the public benefit.

Rural youth club providing education and training to children/young people, based on agriculture and conservation issues. We also covers the arts and culture, there is sports recreation and we hold competitions locally, and nationally.

Teaches Young Members about the countryside, environment and agriculture, through talks, visits and competitions.

The Educational Foundation uses its income to help young people under the age of 25 who live within the parish of St Anthony's Church, Cartmel Fell. It provides assistance in purchasing text books, tools and other equipment necessary for their education. It also supports communal events for children to help foster friendship and community relations in a widespread rural area.

The Town Estate has a small income from agricultural rents. This is divided between individual poverty, community poverty and educational needs, for the residents of Thorndon.

Youth Club for members 10-26 years old

As part of the larger WI movement,we aim to enable women interested in rural life, including arts,crafts and sciences to improve and develop conditions of rural life, to advance our education in citizenship, in public questions both national and international. We seek to give women the opportuniy of working together to put these ideals into practice.

Education and development of young people through a variety of activities and competitions including public speaking, stock judging, cookery and sports. 10 clubs across the county organise their own weekly meeting. Emphasis on social, fundraising and travel opportunities too.

The WI offers opportunities for all women to enjoy friendship, to learn, to widen their horizons. It aims to improve and develop the quality of life, particularly in rural areas, for women and their families. To advance the education of women in citizenship and in public issues - national and international; to enable women to work together.

To improve and develop conditions of rural life and to advance the education of country women in citizenship, in public questions both national and inter-national, in music, drama and other cultural subjects, also to secure instruction and training in all branches of agriculture, handicrafts, home economics, health and social welfare.
