We are an autonomous self-help learning organisation run by the voluntary efforts of our members. Our members come together to share and pursue learning and related social activies, and are in their third age, the period in life when, after childhood, full-time employment and parental responsibilities, time can be found for personal interests and creativity.

Scouts are do-ers and give-it-a-go-ers. Yes, we go camping, hiking, abseiling, cycling and canoeing while having fun. We meet weekly, catering for youngsters aged 6 to 18 supporting them with skills they need for school, college, university, the job interview, the important speech, the tricky challenge and the big dreams: the skills they need for life.

Volunteers provide transport for the elderly frail to hospitals, surgeries and clinics. They also undertake shopping, befriending and the occasional odd job. A weekly escorted shopping by minibus provides social contact and enables elderly people to shop independently with help. Ipad familiarization sessions are also offered

The Trust will be helping people in disadvantaged areas to set up and sustain their own enterprises by working for themselves, with particular geographic emphasis on Cornwall. The Norda Trust wishes to fund projects that aid people to overcome barriers to self-employment, to foster economic independence, and to collaborate, prosper and expand.

Provides funding for projects that benefit the sick, elderly, isolated, those suffering hardship and students who require funding for projects for tools and transport to assist them in course work and starting in employment.

The Help Fund provides support and financial assistance by way of grant and/or loan to all staff currently employed by Kent County Council when they find themselves in financial difficulties, also retired employees of Kent County Council and former employees of Kent County Council who are unemployed.

A uniformed youth organisation which provides education, training and rewarding leisure time activities which can increase the practical and personal skills of our young people to carry them through into adulthood and future employment. We are open to all young people aged 10 - 18 years throughout Newport City and outlying areas. We are part of the Marine Society and Sea Cadet Corps.

Transport for patients to and from hospitals and surgeries in NE Hampshire. Volunteer drivers complete about 1600 jobs pa and can claim 45 pence per mile to cover petrol costs. Clients pay £7 for a return journey within Farnborough and £10 to nearby towns. We have an office at 57 Lynchford Rd, Farnborough GU14 6EJ. It is staffed by volunteers from Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 12 noon.

A HELPING HAND FOR DISABLED AND ELDERLY PEOPLE AND THEIR CARERS IN BYFLEET AND WEST BYFLEET. VOLUNTEERS CAN PROVIDE TRANSPORT TO DO SHOPPING, GO TO DOCTORS OR HOSPITAL, GO VISITING ETC AND MAY BE ABLE TO CARRY OUT ODD JOBS.

The trustees job is to look after Longlevens Village Hall so that it is a pleasant clean and tidy place for groups or individuals to hire. We have regular users i.e. WI's, cubs, brownies and dancing classes. Also single hire for sales, quizzes, birthday and anniversary parties and plays. We have an entertainments license, but no alcohol licence. We hold a joint PPL/PRS licence.

TO ASSIST PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF STRATFORD ST MARY TO PARTICIPATE IN AND ENJOY THE BENEFITS OF THEIR COMMUNITY, PARTICULARLY THROUGH PROVISION OF RELIEF IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS; FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR ATTENDANCE AT OR ENGAGEMENT WITH, EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS; ASSISTANCE IN ACCESSING NEW OR ALTERNATIVE EMPLOYMENT.

The principle aim of Wigan Sea Cadets is to engage young people 10-18 through a nautical theme, based on traditions and values of the Royal Navy in extra curricular education and training. Objectively we aim to give young people the best possible headstart in life, laying the foundations to support young people into further education and employment.

To provide a range of activities to encourage continuing use of mind and bodies in the Third Age to all who are "no longer in full time paid employment"and are willing to help themselves and others.

Making grants, payments, gratuities pensions or allowances to or for the benefit of persons who shall be or shall have been in the employment of the Maybourne Group, or wives, widows, husbands, widowers, children, parents or other dependants of such persons. No grant shall be made or paid to or for the benefit of any person unless they are in need of the financial assistance so afforded.

The orchestra consisting of mostly amateur players provides concerts to the general public and gives young local soloists opportunities to perform in front of an audience. Members include students as well as players in full time employment and is open to new members in the region who can play a classical instrument with an interest in classical music.

School, Church and Community Associations.

To provide advice and information on welfare benefits, immigration, housing, education, employment, training, debts, health, finance, nationality, businesspassport and other areas as necessary. Also to provide advocacy for clients.To organise community events such as Independence Day, Eid Celebrations, International Mother Tongue Celebrations.
