The committee held a range of fund raising events during the year which included a quiz night, a ball, grand draws and a Christmas Fayre, and music evening. We also take a supportive role at the college helping out at events if required.

The education of the general public in the study, appreciation and practice of music and the allied arts by endowing, furthering and supporting the objects and work of the Junior School at the Royal Northern College of Music. This is achieved by the giving of scholarships and bursaries, the purchase of musical instruments and financial support of activities within the Junior RNCM.

A. To promote the education of persons who:- 1) are under 25 & 2) are in need of financial assistance & 3) are attending/have attended at any time or are about to attend school, preference being given to persons resident in parish of Kingsbridge. B. To provide items/services & facilities for the school.

THE TRUST APPLIES DONATIONS TO YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE AREA TOWARD EXPENSES OF TRAINING AND/OR FURTHER EDUCATION AND TO ORGANISATIONS THAT PROVIDE/SUPPORT YOUNG PEOPLE

Education/Training

Financial assistance to young people training or entering schools,colleges/universities; educational grants to local preschool and primary school.

To provide funds and equipment for the school and children with disabilities who attend the school

Please note NO DIRECT APPLICATIONS for funds are considered. The trust awards scholarships to students training in the performing arts with exceptional talent but insufficient financial means on the recommendation of the establishments with which the trust has an arrangement, namely The Royal College of Music, Purcell School, London Studio Centre and Central Ballet School of Ballet & RADA.

To maintain and take regard for the long term maintenance of the barge in it's care, and interests to other barges.

Makes charitable donations to other organisations and sponsors research in medical physics at the Jerusalem College of Technology.

Income from allotment rents and given in Educational Grants to students in further education who live in the Parish. There is no age restrictions.

Maintaining an investment portfolio in order to use the income therefrom, together with any excess over the permanent endowment level to fund bursaries to girls attending St Bede's College.

To financially assit students from King Henry VII School, Abergavenny who are going into further education.

Provision of school/college fees to enable needy Basotho people to undertake vocational training thereby enhancing their life and economic prospects

Village Hall providing community access to a range of activities, including WI, childrens' events, social occasions, sports clubs, local college classes, fund raising venue for other institutions within the community, etc.

1) To permit the use of land and buildings belonging to the Trustees for the purpose of a Voluntary Controlled School called "Horizon Community College". 2) To provide financial assistance to the school for the purposes not normally provided by the LEA.3) To provide financial assistance to promote the education, social and physical training of pupils and former pupils.

Support for students in Baptist Theological Colleges.

College for students with a wide range of learning disabilities. The PTA raises funds to aid the education and facilities for these pupils

Whitelands College Guild assists in the relief of the charitable needs of any present or past student or member of staff of Whitelands College which is part of Roehampton University. It also assists with the provision of Christian Education and helps promote the religious and educational activities of Whitelands College.

A. To advance the education of the public in particular the education of people aged 50+ who are not in full time employment in the Newcastle Under Lyme & surrounding area. B. To improve the conditions of life for the over 50's in the above area in the interests of their social welfare by providing facilities for leisure & recreational activities.

Cares for the destitute through training, job placement, also refugees, disabled, elderly, children, young people, homeless, people in crime,HIV/Aids and the sick,through a variety of services such as medical care, sports activities, emergency relief, music, drama, rehabilitation, education, campaign, community safety/Developments,representation, faith, housing, counselling,providing clean waters

Scouts are do-ers and give-it-a-go-ers. Yes, we go camping, hiking, abseiling, cycling and canoeing while having fun. We meet weekly, catering for youngsters aged 6 to 18 supporting them with skills they need for school, college, university, the job interview, the important speech, the tricky challenge and the big dreams: the skills they need for life.

Gives small grants to students who are about to start their second year of further education.They must have attended Mosborough Village Primary school and the local Secondary School.Income is raised from the renting of a residential property.
