We are a Swedenborgian based Spiritual Centre with an inclusive Christian approach, welcoming people of all faiths and none. Organising an annual two day conference at an Oxford college to present and discuss papers on food and cookery. The event is open to anyone with an interest in the broad spectrum of food studies. The papers given at the event are published. More details are available from the website.

UNIVIDA's activities take place in one of the 550 slum communities of Fortaleza, in the north east of Brazil. On a daily basis the charity provides an extra 4 hours of education, a hot meal and a safe environment for 370 children to play and learn.
