The object of the Trust is the advancement of education by the awarding of prizes and scholarships tenable at the University of Westminster. The trust achieves its object by raising income through investments and donations.

The Charity supports research into HIV infection in resource limited countries. It provides financefor individual researchers to undertake research, or research training. The support is in theform of scholarships that are awarded by a competitive, peer-reviewed, process for definedprogrammes of work.

We provide encouragement and financial support to those actively contributing (or who have in their careers actively contributed) to art and music. Owns and helps to maintain & support the property of Handsworth Grammar School, including major financing of the new sports hall which has community involvement. Provides scholarships & prizes for students.

Promote the conservation of endangered African Wild Dogs and other vulnerable large carnivores in Zimbabwe and neighbouring territories, for the public benefit. To advance the education of the public in particular, but not exclusively, in South East Zimbabwe in ways which include providing facilities for education in schools, and awarding scholarships to enable students to access education.

The Highfield School Centenary Bursaries Fund charity was created to advance education by contributing towards the fees of pupils who, but for financial assistance, would not be able to attend and be educated at Highfield or Brookham Schools.

The principal activities of the charity are the promotion and advancement of public education of the art of drawing and painting. This is achieved through running life classes and workshops, the mounting of an annual open exhibition in London, the award of annual scholarships and the distribution by e-mail of a monthly newsletter that is circulated to Friends and a mailing list of supporters.

Teach Ballet

The charity provides scholarships to students undertaking tertiary education from the UK and across the world who are seeking a career in the Insurance and Risk Management industries. Currently, these are only available to students at CASS Business School and all applications for scholarships are made direct to CASS.

Donations are made to students in higher education, including scholarships; to organisations involved in community work; to the arts; to the promotion of reading including dyslexia sufferers.

The charity provides scholarships to study in France, Spain and Canada the law and legal procedure of the particular country.The charity also provides funds for solicitors and their families in need.

The Foundation runs the Wordsworth Conference and Wordsworth Winter School and awards bursaries, funded by itself and by donors, to enable postgraduate students and others to attend these events at reduced cost.

The charity's objects are to advance education in the subjects of medicine and the life sciences by the provision of scholarships, allowances and grants to those working at or in collaboration with the University of Warwick and the promotion of research and the publication of its useful results and in such other ways as the trustees think fit.

The advancement of education among underprivileged students in Pakistan by supporting DIYA Pakistan, an NGO registered in Pakistan by such means as are exclusively charitable in accordance with the laws of England and Wales including but not limited to awarding scholarships, maintenance allowances or any other financial assistance to students studying in schools,colleges,institutions & university.

Provides scholarships to pupils attending Stoneyhurst CollegePay fees in respect of deserving pupils who otherwise would be unable to remain or attend Stoneyhurst College

The trustees principally grant bursaries to final year drama students who are suffering financial hardship and who are nominated by their respective drama schools.Please note that we do not accept private applications for funding.

To provide financial assistance by means of grant loan or scholarship in such manner and to such individual young persons aged between 16 and 25 years who are (whose parents or guardians are) resident within a 12 mile radius of Newark Parish Church to pursue further or higher education.

The charity provides a scholarship programme to support young women from diverse backgrounds to pursue a career in the finance sector to redress the gender imbalance in the finance sector.

THE OBJECTIVES OF THE PTA (A REGISTERED CHARITY) ARE TO ADVANCE THE CHILDREN'S EDUCATION JOINTLY WITH THE HEADMISTRESS AND SCHOOL COUNCIL; TO RAISE MONEY FOR THE NEWTON PREP SCHOLARSHIP FUND; TO DEVELOP EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN STAFF, PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL; AND TO ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDE FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL.
