THE CHARITY WORKS IN THE SLUM AREAS OF NAIROBI FOR THE EDUCATION OF UNDERPRIVILEGED CHILDREN/YOUNG PEOPLE.ITS ACTIVITIES ARE:- A SPONSORSHIP PROGRAMME TO FUND CHILDREN'S EDUCATION;- WORKING WITH LOCAL EDUCATORS AND SCHOOL BOARDS TO DEVELOP RELEVANT SCHOOLS THAT PREPARE STUDENTS FOR FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE AND LIFE ISSUES;- FUNDING THE EXPANSION OF EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES AT THE SCHOOL

Childcare for children aged 2-11 years old all year round. Includes pre-school, breakfast cllub, after-school club and holiday club

DELIVERING STUDY COURSES IN EARLY BUDDHISM IN THE UK AND MAINLAND EUROPE

The main activity of the Group is the annual conference.This provides proceedings, a large exhibition of equipment, creates a strong networking environment for the sharing of knowledge and offers a large number of bursaries to enable newly qualified and new-to-the-field members.There are other training activities, an active web site including an online journal and a Research Fund.

Sunday Worship, Pre-school groups, Youth Groups, Baptisms, Weddings and Funerals, Bell Ringing, Midweek Service Welcome Space (drop in), Foodbank, Money & Debt Advice Centre, Bible Studies, and Prayer Groups, We also run Induction and Foundation Bible Courses and Support Mission Societies.

The charity runs Shepperton Pre-School, providing the Early Years Foundation stage curriculum to children particularly, but not exclusively, within the Shepperton Area. Shepperton Pre-School is registered with Ofsted.

The charity's object and it's principal activities are that of:-a) Providing and promoting opportunities for people with disabilities to develop their skills and capacitiesb) Providing and promoting vocational training and employment opportunities for people with disabilities, particularly but not exclusively young people with disabilities.

TO PROMOTE THE CARE AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN WHO ATTEND ROUND HILL PRIMARY SCHOOL, BEESTON WHO ARE IN NEED OF CARE DURING OUT OF SCHOOL HOURS BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF SUCH CHILDREN IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.

The Foundation's primary object is the advancement of education in the area of benefit, in particular the Dioceses of Bath & Wells, Bristol and Gloucester but extending to the whole of the United Kingdom, with a preference for higher or further education; such education contributing to the advancement of the Church of England.

A community swimming pool that provides swimming activities, including lessons for schools and all ages. From Lifeguard, Life Saving and other training courses, social and health activities including 55plus Club, Parent & Toddler, Aquarobics, Disability Club, Canoe Club, Ladies only swimming, public swimming and much more. We also facilitate Free Swimming for certain age groups and Familys

Our priniciple aim is to offer pre-school chidlren (2 - 5 years) a safe, happy and stimulating environment where they can develop and enhance their education whilst having fun and making friends with other children and adults.

Provision of pre-school education

Regular public worship open to all. Provides sacred places for prayer and contemplation. Undertakes pastoral work, including visiting the sick and bereaved. Teaches Christianity through sermons, courses and small groups. Takes religious assemblies in local schools. Runs a youth club with a Christian ethos. Stages events and meetings to promote Christianity. Supports charities at home and overseas.

Children from the surrounding area come to pre schhol to learn social skills and communication skills.

The charity has six main aims:- to build on existing, good youth work- to help churches reach more young people- to train and equip leaders to be effective- to mentor youth ministers and leaders- to run a website for all youth ministry needs- to see more young people come to faith in Jesus

Working in partnership with schools, we provide a unique 1 year programme combining outdoor adventure, personal development and compassionate coaching.

Derby Womens Centre provides a range of activities to enchance the well being of women and girls in Derbyshire. We deliver a highly respected counselling service, a series of drop in coffee mornings, alternative therapies, drama therapy, benefit & debt advice; employment & Volunteering advice. We run relaxation and confidence building courses and hold drama therapy classes & provide legal advice.

Tree Shepherd works within some of the capitals most deprived communities, helping people create new opportunities and supporting businesses under pressure of change. We bring entrepreneurial individuals together in shared, collaborative networks, to grow their confidence, share ideas and knowledge, set up businesses, trade together and ultimately employ other people.
