The Rainbow Centre is a community centre for the Over 50s. Columbia Community Centre is a locally run hub, offering free wifi, advice, help and support to all, It holds regular committee meetings, trains and supports its volunteers and hosts regular group meetings including weekly coffee mornings, friendship groups, senior clubs, ICT training, dance & exercise groups, yoga, war games society, craft activities, wildlife group and bookings for parties

The day care centre provides facilities for elderly & disabled people to have social contacts and a hot midday meal. We provide organised entertainment, slide shows, talks, live music, light exercise and bingo. Computer training, hairdressing & chiropody are available. the charity provides the community with a nursery for kids 0-5, privides computer training, religious activities, sports and recreation for the young and old.

We raise funds by holding several events during the school year. Funds are spent to enhance the school experience of Ark Blacklands Primary Academy pupils. A proportion of funds are allocated annually to each year group to be spent on workshops/trips. The remaining funds are used for extra books/ICT equipment, play equipment etc. Any staff member can request funding by applying to the charity.

Fund raising to provide financial support to the educational & pastoral aims of Stratford Primary at Broad Street. The PA has funded external activities which support and reinforce the curriculum, such as Life Skills Programme and Skipping Workshop. Additionally the PA has purchased library and classroom books, ICT equipment and indoor sports equipment.
