The objects of the charity are to advance the education of pupils at Wells Cathedral School for the public benefit and to assist in financial assistance towards the maintenance and development of the school, raising money for bursaries for pupils and the provision of facilities and equipment to support education.

We are a Community Centre based in the heart of a deprived area of Liverpool. We provide many activities includeing After School Club & Youth Club. We have a soft play and sensory room and provide office space for NHs and Liverpool Youth Service. We also rent out space to other organisations.

We love our neighbour by serving them through our foodbank, night-shelter, baby basics charity, surplus food distribution, mentoring programme and youth and childrens activities. Tuppenny Barn creates learning experiences for all ages and to promote the benefits of growing, cooking & eating healthy food to children and adults. From hosting school trips & after-school clubs, to workshops and holiday activities, we teach children where food comes from, the benefits of eating healthily food and give them the skills to grow their own. We run a horticulture therapy project.

PROVIDING PRE SCHOOL EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS IN THE SALISBURY AREA

To provide pre-school learning through play under national curriculum guidance with qualified staff.

To run training sessions for the local economically disadvantaged people specially for NEET(not in employment, education or in training) young people. To run prayer sessions for the local Muslim community; To run elderly and pensioners club for the local multi faith and multi cultural residents. We run supernumerary and home work tuition class for the KS2-KS3 age groups.

Tushinde Children's Trust works with highly vulnerable families who have young children living in informal settlements of Africa, particularly Nairobi, Kenya. We provide an intensive programme of support to families in crisis through four phases; crisis resolution, building on life skills, business training and graduation. Tushinde also does community work through daycare and schools.
