We provide:Help to parents with criminally groomed and exploited children. Assist parents to work with statutory bodies, and search for missing children, making services more accessible through engagement workshops. Support for core subjects from KS1- KS5, guidance to navigate educational system, writing personal statements, subject selection and universities, CVs and apprenticeship.

To bring about the community led social, enviromental and economic regeneration of the local Woodthorpe area and other wider communities in need. Our services include childcare, activities for young people, adult education, adult social care, supporting local schools, and running specific projects that benefit the wider community.

To develop capacity and skills of the members of socially and economically disadvantaged community of West Howe. Creating opportunities, the advancement of education, training, particularly among unemployed people, providing people with work experience. Providing activities promote social inclusion for the public benefit by preventing people from becoming socially excluded. Promotion of recycling.

The Hut York was set up to provide meaningful and purposeful activities for people with enduring mental health and/or learning disabilities. Currently there are over 200 members. At present we run session on arts, crafts, games, a men's lunch club and vocational, social and life-skills along with work experience. The activities do change and are tailored to individuals' health and interests.

RJ Working promotes Restorative practice to benefit the UK public, using interactive training and education for reconciliation and conflict resolution, to increase knowledge, and to develop emotional intelligence and skills for problem-solving and communication. The activities engage young people, schools, workplaces and local communities, in particular economically and socially vulnerable groups.

The provision of regular worship and sacred space for personal prayer and contemplation open to all; pastoral work, including visiting the sick and bereaved; teaching of Christianity through sermons, courses and small groups; taking religious assemblies in schools; promoting the mission of the whole church by providing activities for senior citizens, parents, toddlers & other special needs groups.

The Trust provides and improves educational facilities for the children and young people in Kovalam, South India. This includes the construction of a Higher Secondary School and improvement of the Primary School. It arranges sponsorship of 400 of the poorest children who have the opportunity to progress to further education. At any time there are 75 at university or in vocational training.

OPERATING A PRE-SCHOOL

We run Learning Hubs, Youth Clubs and Summer Schools in less affluent areas of Tyne and Wear to tackle educational inequality. We offer access to the internet, learning resources, a tutor and extra-curricular activities in a safe environment. Our motto is Young People Learning from Each Other. Our peer tutors, befrienders, summer school and club leaders are all trained volunteers.

Amantani works with young people from indigenous Quechua-speaking communities in the Andes of Peru, enabling them to access high quality education and opportunities of fair employment. Driven by a commitment to social justice, we work with young people to create highly contextualised educational projects that enable young people to develop the capabilities they need to access equal opportunities.

Using students and schoolchildren [as part of their career development and work experience] to work with hospitals and residential homes to introduce stimulation, conversation and companionship to patients/residents. Also provide a website which shares best practice and innovation in patient experience. Provide training to healthcare staff and volunteers

To manage the centuries-old permanent endowment of Clitheroe Royal Grammar School so as:1. To provide the School with such benefits of any kind as may from time to time be agreed between the Governors of the School and the Trustees of the Foundation and:2. To promote the education of students at the School and former students under 25, who are in need of financial assistance.

To provide support for a Talmudical College known as Nahalat Moshe in Jerusalem ,Israel and to promote the Orthodox Jewish religion and religious education and to also provide support for indigent students of the college.

We promote and teach Polish language, culture, and traditions through a specially designed curriculum for Polish schools outside of Poland, preparing our students to take GCSE and A level exams under the AQA examination board.Through cultural events and activities, we broaden the students knowledge of Poland and its heritage. A local Community animal charity that provides sanctuary for distressed animals in the Furness and South Lakes area. We help families struggling financially hardship with cost of living crisis. Founded in 1987. Then transitioned to a CIO status on 1 Jan 2023.AWF supports people getting back into work and education for our young people in primary schools.

Providing a safe, secure and fun environment for children aged 2 - 5 years of age to reach their optimum potential and ensure their readiness for school.

We are an active congregation of 140 members from a wide range of backgrounds. On Sunday mornings and evenings we meet for worship. We have a thriving Junior Church, with ages from 0 to 18, and share with other East Reading churches in joint youth activities. Small groups for fellowship, Bible study, prayer and church life development meet regularly,and social action projects.

The main activities are to support the local residents and surrounding areas who are a population with a high rate of unemployment, ill-health, and deprivation. Our focus is Community Development acheived by encouraging services to centre for Adult Education, Sport & Fitness, Health & Well-being, Citizens Advice, our aim is to be a central point of information and leisure for the local community.
