CAPE Mentors Charitable Trust deliver tuition and mentoring to children out of education and those at risk of exclusion.

To relieve unemployment for the benefit of the public in Essex, by the provision of opportunities for volunteering, training and work experience to increase their employability by means of a wood recycling project based in Pitsea; and to relieve financial hardship by the provision of courses in money management and debt counselling.

Providing a fully operational pre-school nursery

We offer range of services during the week that the community and the entire public find both physically and spiritually beneficial. The church provided counselling and other related services to benefit the families and the community including Sunday School lessons.We organised seminars, symposia and conferences during the year to train the church volunteers and the trustees.

The McCabe Educational Trust is the charitable partner to McCabe Pilgrimages. We aim to give something back to the many inspiring people we meet on pilgrimage. We do this with practical financial support for childrens homes, schools for the blind, rehabilitation hospitals and similar projects.

ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN UNDER STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE

The objectives of the Charity are carried out by the Trustees through the following activities:a) Providing the setting and equipment and engaging staffb) Raising money to pay for the preschool's activities through fundraising eventsc) Making such payments as necessaryd) Fixing and collecting fees payable in respect of children attending sessions or events run by the preschool

Birch Hill Pre School provide a safe environment for children between the ages of 18 months - 5 years to learn through play.

Resourcing and training church-based youth workers. Organising Cambridge-wide church-based youth events: acts of worship, exploring Christianity in contemporary settings and acts of service to the Community.Teaching the PHSE curriculum in schools and facilitating Christian Unions.Reaching unchurched young people in new ways.

The main purpose of the charity is to provide high quality childcare to the local community and surrounding area. The main aim of the pre-school is to enhance the development and education of children and to provide support and information to parents on how to provide for the needs of their children.

Provision of Schooling and Boarding for pupils

As part of the Church of England we provide public worship. We operate a food bank at Christ the King Church. We run groups for the elderly and isolated. Our building are used by several groups offering preschool, tutoring, sessions for the disabled, karate and other activities.We have links with a number of local primary schools, taking assemblies or hosting their "Carol" service.

THE RELIEF UNEMPLOYMENT AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE IN BANGLADESH FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT,INCLUDING ASSISTANCE TO FIND EMPLOYMENT,IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY PROVIDING VOCATIONAL TRAINING.

We are a well appointed popular pre-school providing early education for children from 2 to 4 years old. Based in North East Ipswich, we have been operating for over 30 years and have a well established staff team. We are committee run and all profit goes to staffing and providing resources for the children.

The collection and redistribution of furniture to low income families and individuals in need. The provision of training and work experience to individuals disadvantaged in the employment market.

The advancement of the Christian religion for the public benefit. Regular public worship open to all. The provision of sacred space for personal prayer and contemplation by maintaining a church building that is open throughout the day. Pastoral work, including visitation of the sick and bereaved. Teaching of Christianity through sermons, courses, small groups and school assemblies.

To provide the necessary facilities for the daily care, recreation and education of children and communities in Handsworth, particularly during the out of school hours and school days. To advance the education and training of persons in the provision of such care, education and recreational facilities.

The Charity provides and maintains a Community Centre, for the use of the inhabitants of the North West of Ipswich and also for the wider community in the surrounding area. It includes use for meetings, lectures and classes over a broad range of interests, and for other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupations, It provides space for other charitable organisations including a nursery school

Middleton Cheney Preschool Limited provides education to children from the age of 2yrs to 4 yrs 11 months.Operating from next door to the primary school, and attracting children from the surrounding area.Sessions for term time day care is provided by the setting. Early drop off and late pick up also available. We are registered with OFSTED, and were judged GOOD in all areas in 2019.

Poppleton Methodist Church has Sunday service at 10:30. During the week we have a range of community activities in our hall including "Coffee on the Green" at : 10:00-16:00 every Monday and Tuesday (10:00-14:00 when Tuesday Fellowship meet).In addition there is a range of clubs and societies that operate from our premises.
