To advance the education of the public in the subject of Jewish studies for people under the age of 18 years in such ways as the trustees think fit, including by: awarding to such persons scholarships, providing their education, to act in furtherance of that education and promoting the education of the pupils at schools and other organisations and assisting in such ways as the trustees think fit
