Orrets Meadow School PTA raise funds to support activities and events that will benefit the children of the school, which is a primary school for pupils with special educational needs.

The Howe Trust (Wheatley) provides small grants for local people in need, and care for 26 acres of land. The land, which is known collectively as The Howe, includes some 100 allotments, a small orchard and memorial tree area as well as grassland, hedgerows and woodland. Working with other local and charitable organisations, we manage the land for bio diversity and the benefit of the community.

- Hold regular horticultural lectures, discussions and demonstrations- Hold horticultural shows, competitions and other events- Arrange visits to gardens and other sites to observe and learn from gardening in practice- Participate in Anglia in Bloom - Organise groups of volunteers to improve the look of Redbourn by selected plantings and by clearing weeds and overgrown sites

Researching into the county's historic gardens and parks. Providing information and advice to local planning authorities and other parties. Publishing newsletters and reports. Enhancing local and national archives. Assisting the Gardens Trust with garden heritage. Providing an annual programme of events, outings and lectures.

Friends of Woodlands (FOW) is the home-school association for Woodlands School. It is made up of a motivated group of staff and parents. We come together several times a year to organise social and fundraising events to help raise money for the school. Some of our activities have included international day, fetes, fund-raising for computing equipment and school accessible minibuses.

We manage Dukes Meadows Community Centre in Chiswick.

The Friends of Harrow Weald work towards transforming parks into the very best community centres. For the benefit of both the environment and park users, parks should be carbon neutral and kept free from plastic and general litter, provide accessible drinking water and a safe environment for all with a strong emphasis on recycling and teaching.

We run a community garden and allotments. We rent allotment plots to local tenants and maintain a community garden for use by the public, including running events to fund ongoing maintenance.

B.G.C.A. provide creative and activities for all ages and abilities in the Hull area, which include pottery, art and crafts, a large community garden,food chain project, musical projects which include music and movement and our own skiffle band also the more traditional activities carpet bowls, karate, 55+ club, line dancing and work on a daily basis with excluded young people

Provision of allotment gardens to the Freemen and Burgesses of Stafford, and also to the public. Special provision is made for education and assistance for new gardeners. Special plots are made available for disabled and other charitable groups.

Provision of equipment and assistance to sufferers of spinal cord injury and to the Duke of Cornwall's Spinal Treatment Centre at Salisbury District Hospital

The Charity seeks Grants and Donations to support the Protection and Enhancement of the Capel (Kent) Metropolitan Green Belt. Funds collected will be donated to worthy beneficiaries - clubs, societies and organisations - who may protect, enhance, or use the green belt for the benefit of the public. e.g. support educational , informational, environmental, accessibility and well-being activities

Botanic Gardens Education Network promotes and advances the delivery of education in botanic gardens, parks and historic gardens. It helps raise awareness of plant diversity, conservation and role of plants in our daily lives, and makes links between people and plants around the world. BGEN works with families, schools groups and the wider community.

Wandsworth Welcomes Refugees is a member of the City of Sanctuary network. We support local organisations (schools, libraries, cafes, gardens) to apply for Sanctuary status and are working with Wandsworth Council to become a borough of Sanctuary. We also run events for Refugee Week as well as appeals for digital devices and bikes which we distribute to local refugees and asylum seekers.

The Bothies is a Learning Resource Centre based in Scampston Walled Garden Conservatory. It provides gardening and craft activities for adults with learning or physical disabilities; Forest School activities for families and children; educational courses and craft workshops for the general public; community projects for special interest groups and curriculum related activities for schools.
