The charity was set up to provide a sensory room, sensory garden, toys etc for the children who are cared for at Sunflowers Care Limited, a care home for long-term sick children.

We support the needs of Pond Meadow School and the surrounding community. The pupils from Surrey experience profound physical and learning disabilities including autism and we strive to enhance their lives and future to be the best it can be. We can help with therapy and specialist equipment, sensory and physical learning (indoor and outdoor), physiotherapy and citizenship.

Management of the buildings and facilities of the community centre to enable the provision of sports, arts, educational and social activities by and for the community. Activities include: Community Theatre, Snooker, Tennis, Crown Green Bowls, Junior Dance & Drama, Karate, Yoga, Meetings, Parties and Social Events.

To help conserve maintain and improve the fabric furnishings and fittings of St Helen's Church, Eddington TRoad, St Helens, Isle of Wight, its graveyard , gardens, surrounds, and environment including the Lych Gate; to support the upkeep of the building and its grounds and to foster public interest in the building and its grounds.

Working with local care homes and charities to provide funding for the relief of alzheimers and dementia sufferers and top-up grants to enable residents to remain in their care homes when their finances are exhausted. Our activities are currently limited to the Surrey/Hampshire border area.

Activities to protect and enhance the enviroment and particularly the gardens and public spaces in Hoylake and Meols

Brookes Almshouses Trust maintain four terraced bungalows for the benefit of elderly people with limited means. The bungalows are within easy reach of Brighouse town centre and have a pleasent outlook over open parkland. The buildings are in the region of 100 years old and we have spent a considerable amount of our income in the last 2 years renovating these properties.

nurturenature is a healing garden which offers a space for individuals with chronic mental or physical illness to enhance their health by being in the garden or undertaking gardening tasks. In addition nurturenature runs a range of events such as mindfulness days in the garden which are available to anyone who wishes to attend including those on low income.

Weekly meetings Tuesday 10am-3pm. Led by organiser supported by volunteers. Transport, coffee, 2 course hot lunch, tea provided. Wide variety of activities, art, craft, music, games, exercises, speakers, parties (Christmas, birthday, Summer garden).footcare.

The trust supports the following two organisations: the parish church in Castle Bromwich and Castle Bromwich Hall Gardens Trust. Other organisations are rarely supported.

For the benefit of the inhabitants of Hamworthy and the surrounding area to provide or assist in the provision of facilities for recreation and other leisure time occupation in the interests of social welfare with the object of improving their conditions of life for the inhabitants of the area of benefit in particular but not exclusively by the preservation, promotion of local greenspace.

Women's chorus singing and performing in a cappella/barbershop style for both charities, and general public, also providing powerpoint talks illustrated with live singing to explain the genre. To provide and assist in the provision of facilities for recreation and other leisure time occupation in the interests of social welfare for public benefit by improving parkland, woodland, green open spaces and local amenities in the Fylde Coast Region of Lytham St.Annes, in particular the Clifton District working for Lytham Hall, ParkView4U, Ansdell in Bloom, Friends of Ansdell Station.

Promote public interest in Cumbrian landscape; survey, record & research same; liaise with owners to assist and promote our aims.

The Buckenham Ancient Woodland Trust has purchased the central portion of Buckenham Woods off Wood Lane, Strumpshaw. Working with the neighbouring natural areas and woodland owners, we intend to protect and manage the woodland to allow wildlife to thrive and ensuring that our local community continues to benefit from this ancient green space for many generations to come.

We act as an umbrella group co-ordinating the activities of the various Friends of Parks groups in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Since 2009 we have provided an annual programme of events under the title PARKSfest. We also provide grants to our members to improve the facilities in their parks.

Educational requirements and financial help to the needy

Provides advice and guidance to the Management of Hyde Park and KensingtonGardens on user issues and concerns.Promotes the Parks including producing a regular newsletter and website.Raises public awareness of the Parks through organising events.Financially supports projects that contribute to the conservation and well being of the Parks.

Promote & advance the conservation of amphibians & reptiles, advance the education of the public of herpetofaunal nature reserves, execute, promote, support & publish research relevant to species and habitat conservation, such other purposes in England & Wales as the trustees see fit. ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS IN THE SCHOOL IN PARTICULAR BY:A: DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE STAFF, PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL.B: ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS.

NMCT exists primarily for the benefit of needy residents of North Moreton with powers to offer allotments and for general charitable purposes in the village.

Conserve and foster Yorkshire's garden, park and designed landscape heritage. Volunteers undertake research and recording, advice and assist with conservation, support horticulture in schools. Some grants are made for conservation and schools projects in Yorkshire.

To preserve and maintain the historic natural space of Lettsom Gardens. To conserve the flora and fauna of this woodland environment. To provide an amenity and educational experience for the local community and to arrange community events to enhance the enjoyment of the gardens as a local institution.
