To promote sport and recreation for all members of the community. To provide play facilities and open space.

The Charity manages the Wye Village Halls facilities which comprise a Large Hall, a Small Hall, the Reece Pavilion and a small Meeting Room. Two kitchen areas. two kitchenettes and some storage space. The halls are hired out for private, one-off functions and for regular/semi-regular use mainly by not-for-profit organisations that are providing a service to the local community.

The object of the charity is in the interests of social welfare, to improve conditions of life of the inhabitants of the area of benefit by the provision and maintenance of: a) A village hall for use of the inhabitants, including use for meetings, lectures and classes and other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation and b) A recreation ground for use by the inhabitants.

Provision of facilities for sport and other leisure time activities without regard to political, race, gender or other distinctions in East Sussex.

The maintenance and improvement of the physical wellbeing of persons resident in Bristol and the surrounding neighbourhood by the provision of facilities for physical training and recreation.

VILLAGE AMENITY FOR SPORT / RECREATION

To provide a meeting place for the local community and surrounding areas. Also to provide a site for sport and recreation for all in the local community.

Maintaining and managing recreation grounds in Benenden and Iden Green, and Benenden Village Hall.

Sports and recreation

The object of the charity, is in the interests of social welfare, the provision & maintenance of a village hall & recreation ground for use by the inhabitants of the area of benefit without distinction of political, religious, or other opinions, incl. meetings, lectures & classes, and other forms of recreation & leisure-time occupation, improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants.

Sports & Recreation

PROVISION OF FACILITIES, INCLUDING A PAVILION AND CHANGING ROOMS, FOR PLAYING RUGBY, FOOTBALL, CRICKET AND TENNIS IN THE FIRST INSTANT AND TO DEVELOP FACILITIES FOR OTHER SPORTS AND PASTIMES.

To provide recreation and leisure facilities for the inhabitants of Wivelsfield and its neighbourhood and a suitable venue for playgroup, clubs and societies. Main activities are to run the village hall together with the recreation ground, sports pavilion and annexe, children's play area and car park.

THIS CHARITY PROVIDES A VILLAGE HALL, PLAYING FIELD AND PAVILION FOR THE WHOLE VILLAGE AND PEOPLE FROM OTHER VILLAGES TO USE. IT IS VERY WELL USED AND SERVES MANY HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE, FOR PARTIES, CLUBS, MEETINGS AND ALL MANNER OF FUNCTIONS FOR PEOPLES ENJOYMENT.

To provide a social welfare centre and recreation grounds for the use of its beneficiaries with the object of improving the conditions of life for the benficiaries. This is done via the provision of sporting, recreational and social facilities.

FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AND IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE INHABITANTS OF MORETONHAMPSTEAD AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WITH DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE ON LAND AT KING GEORGE'S PLAYING FIELDS, MORETONHAMPSTEAD, OF PLAYING FEILDS, A MULTI-ACTIVITY CENTRE AND OTHER FACILITIES.

To make it possible for a range of activities to take place for people of all ages and abilities who live in Padworth and the surrounding area. Activities in the hall include :- mother and baby/child groups, Women's Institute, physical fitness, and self-help groups. Outdoor activities consist of a children's play area, a football pitch, dog training facilities, and pitches for leisure caravans

Upwell is a small rural village with limited public transport to near by towns the committee provide open space play area, sporting areas for all ages and abilities of the community are welcome, the committees main aim is to provide a modern facility for community use. The committee is totally reliant on community support/funding for all financial aspects in running the playing field.

Administration and upkeep of Village Facilities

The Charity manages the Queen's Hall, which is a community / sports hall, and the Memorial Playing Field for the benefit of North Weald residents. It engages in some fund raising activities to enable fees to be kept affordable. It is also applies for grants various bodies.

We look after and provide playing equipment on a local playing field.

Use of Turton Tower for any or all of the following purposes:museum, library, reading room, meeting room or offices for the work of the Trustees, or a public park or recreation grounds, or such other public purposes as the Trustees shall from time to time determine

The Charity provides amenities for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Parishes of Everton and Scaftworth only. These comprise a recreation ground, Village Hall and a Children's Playground.Grants are only available (when funds allow) for organisations within the area of benefit and cannot be made to individuals.
