Creating sport and leisure facilities for Scole and surrounding area.

Enderby Lawn Tennis Club encourages people to participate in the healthy sport of tennis. The club operates and maintains three floodlit savannah tennis courts for the benefit of the people of Enderby and the surrounding district.

Providing a playing field for both organised & recreational sport. A hall for meetings & other activities (ie Playgroup,WI,Bridge etc). All maintained by volunteers clipping, mowing & cleaning.

The charity manages the village hall, a recreation ground which includes a large play area for children and a sports field used by local football and cricket teams. The hall has a stage and lighting and is used by activity groups of all ages.

MAINTAIN THE VILLAGE PARK AND PAVILION

The Freshford and District Tennis Club promotes community participation in healthy recreation by the provision of facilities (two all-weather tennis courts and a pavilion/rain shelter) and coaching for playing tennis. The courts are available not only for members, but also for members of the public, upon the payment of a modest fee.

To provide recreational and social activies for the inhabitants of Halvergate and surrounding areas

There is a very active bowls and croquet club, meeting several times each week during the season. Our football and cricket pitches are well used for matches and training. We have two tennis courts, which are also used for netball training. There is also a childrens' play area.Each year we hold a variety of fund-raising events some of which have become part of the annual village calendar.

The charity owns and manages the Village Playing Field. The facilities on the field include the Village Hall, Pavilion with shed and a Toddler's play area. There is also one all weather tennis court as well as a football and cricket pitch.

Hall is hired by a variety or public organisations and private individuals throughout the year. Income from this is used to maintain the hall and to provide entertainment for local people and a venue for local sporting and social activities.
