The purpose of the hall is to provide a safe community space for the benefit of the residents of Mullion, without distinction of gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, race, political & religious or other opinions. The building provides a place for meetings, classes, lectures,other forms of recreation enabling social enjoyment & raising funds for upkeep of the hall.

There are a number of organised groups who use the Hall on a regular basis, offering a range of activities for people within the community of all ages, from the very young to the older but young at heart.
