The Company is a charity and exixts to promote temperance in Penrhyn Bay & Llandudno. Achieved through provision of a village hall and community centre providing facilities for the use of the local inhabitants of Penrhyn Bay consistant with the promotion of temperance including use for meetings, lectures and other forms of recreation and leisure.

VILLAGE HALL IS USED PRIMARILY TO SERVE THE PEOPLE OF THE VILLAGE AND ITS SURROUNDING NEIGHBOURHOOD. TO FINANCE THE RUNNING OF THE VILLAGE HALL VARIOUS FUND RAISING EVENTS ARE HELD - SUCH AS OLD TIME DANCES, TALKS, LECTURES AND DISPLAYS. WE ALSO HIRE OUT THE HALL FOR VARIOUS LOCAL FUNCTIONS - CHILDRENS PARTIES, SCHOOL PLAYS, WEDDINGS, CHRISTENINGS AND VARIOUS OTHER EVENTS.

To provide and manage a community meeting place for any organisation or person who wishes to hire the facilities.

The charity runs and manages Berryfield Village Hall, a purpose-built facility completed in 2022 for the benefit of the local community.

Providing space which it has acquired within the Ludwig Guttmann Health Centre under a s.106 agreement. Some space will be let to commercial tenants with the balance provided as a village hall type space for the benefit of residents and workers of the surrounding area to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation.

The object of the charity is to improve the quality of life for all local people equally, ignoring all political, religious and other differences. To effect this the charity will provide and maintain a village hall and recreation ground for educational and leisure pursuits.

We provide a hall for use by the local population at competitive rates. We are a regular venue for many village events.
