THE HALL IS AVAILABLE FOR HIRE BY ANY INDIVIDUAL OR ORGANISATION SUBJECT TO A STANDARD HIRING AGREEMENT AND SCALE OF CHARGES ADOPTED FOR THE YEAR. THE CHARGES TO BE SUFFICIENT TO GENERATE ADEQUATE INCOME TO MEET ORDINARY EXPENDITURE INCURRED IN MAINTAINING THE COMMUNITY HALL.

The objects shall be the provision and maintenance of a Village Hall for the use of the inhabitants of theParish of Staindrop and surrounding area without distinction ofreligious or other opinions, and in particular for meetings, lectures and classes, and for other forms ofrecreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the saidinhabitants.

To run Rendlesham Community Centre like a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Rendlesham in Suffolk without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, nationality, race or political, religious or other opinions, including the use of the property for recreation and leisure time occupations in the interests of social welfare for the said inhabitants.
