The Trustees of this site (Four Elms Recreation ground) resigned in 1977 and handed over to Hever Parish Council to manage as a custodian trustee of the charity.. It was originally donated by Theresa Kennedy in 1935. 1.04 acres. "Purpose of a playing field and recreation ground for children and youth of the Ecclesiastical parish of Four Elms". The parish council receives no separate funds.
