Friends of SPICE (Special People on ICE) exists to raise funds to relieve the needs of young people with physical learning and / or other disabilities along with their siblings in particular but not exclusively by supporting them to participate in ice skating and ice hockey activities so as to develop their capabilities so that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society
