To preserve for use the building known as Grimsby Central Hall Duncombe Street Grimsby as a public venue for arts activities and social community and religious purposes.Promote, maintain, improve and advance education for the benefit of the public particularly by the encouragement of the arts including the arts of drama, ballet, music, singing, literature, sculpture and painting.
