Activities & Mission

HALTON SPEAK OUT was founded in 2001. We converted to a CIO in November 2016. We continue to support individuals with learning disabilities and other vulnerable people by offering a wide range of services including self advocacy, person centred planning, employment opportunities, training, peer advocacy, dramatic and visual arts education and participation.
