The principal activity is the relief of persons suffering from Alzheimer's disease, related disorders and other forms of dementia by providing support or subsidising facilities for the care and accommodation of such persons. At present, the Charity is principally engaged in running Vale House, a specialist dementia care facility based in Littlemore, Oxford .

The Harbour Centre provides community support and recovery services for people affected by drugs, alcohol and other substances. Mind in Tower Hamlets and Newham provide a range of community and in-patient services for people who are experiencing mental health and emotional issues living in the London boroughs of Tower Hamlets and Newham. Lincolnshire House is a registered charity based in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, providing residential, day and respite care services for adults with Cerebral Palsy and Similar Disabilities.We provide high quality residential accommodation for 35 residents with day and 2 respite care facilities for people who have some form of Cerebral Palsy.

North Staffs Mind works to create a better life for everyone with experience of mental distress, primarily in North Staffordshire. The organisation has three main service areas providing support to individuals in various ways: counselling for adults, children and young people, and parents; supported housing; and training and development activity to raise awareness of mental health issues.

The main activity is the provision of approximately 1096beds for Residential, Dementia, and Nursing care in 17 Homes throughout England and Wales. In addition the Charity runs approximately 145 sheltered units for those who seek independence and can still look after themselves. Many of these tenants later become residents in the Homes.
