House of Light is a perinatal mental health Charity offering support and counselling to parents' pre-conception to post birth who are struggling with mental health difficulties following pregnancy, birth and in cases of loss, miscarriage, termination and stillbirth. Sheffield Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre offers free and confidential support to people who have experienced rape or sexual abuse at any time in their lives. We offer free counselling (for people aged 13 and above) and an Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) service providing practical and emotional support to all clients.
