- assisting ENT surgeons in Nepal to provide expert treatment of those suffering from ear disease who live outside the reach of the hospitals in Kathmandu;- helping in the training of young Nepali doctors making a career in ENT surgery;- raising funds for medical equipment and to send highly qualified people to take part in ear surgery operating camps;- supporting primary care projects.

A range of services are provided to support and enhance Christian family life in the Manchester Diocese and overseas. Financial and practical aid assists needs in schools, hospitals, hostels for the homeless, for elderly individuals in parishes,the diocese and where there is urgent need overseas.

The League's activities are personal service and fund raising. The League is responsible for the Hospital shop which opens each weekday from 10 am until 8pm and restricted hours at the weekend and public holidays. The profits from sales along with other moneys raised are used to purchase items for the benefit of the hospital and patients.

We provide a free, confidential voluntary service offering extra care to those living with life limiting illnesses and support to their carers in Leighton Buzzard, Linslade and the district. Whittington Babies was established to; preserve and protect the health of babies in the baby unit of Whittington Hospital by the provision of equipment and facilities which would not otherwise by provided and to relieve pressure and protect the health of parents of babies who are or who have been in the baby unit or who have been stillborn at Whittington Hospital.
