Provides financial help and assistance to Local Hospital and Health Centre for the benefit of the local community

Fundraising in order to purchase equipment for the Special Care Baby Unit at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd, Bodelwyddan. We provide financial help for parents who have babies who spend a considerable amount of time in the Unit, that do not get financial assistance from the state. We provide things that the hospital funds do not cover. We receive donations from the public.

Provides Transport for the elderly, disabled and/or people with a low income to get them to & from Medical appointments at Hospital/Surgery, Shopping and other such good neighbour requirements.

We aim to relieve and preserve health amongst persons around Silverton, Devon by supporting Wyndham House Surgery and other activities. Our club is a local branch of Lions Clubs International - the world's largest voluntary service organisation with 1.4 million members. We raise money locally to spend locally. We offer financial or practical help to individuals and groups - and also to certain local charities such as Hospice in the Weald.Our club area is roughly bounded by Five Oak Green, Yalding, Staplehurst and Horsmonden.

The charity provides housing/accommodation for the elderly in the Wellington and Nynehead areas of Somerset.
