Families are either referred to us by Norfolk Hospitals or Hospices or can self-refer. We then begin to work with the family and build a relationship with the WHOLE family to ensure that no family member is excluded.

The relief of persons suffering from a terminal illness

Regular workshops for the youth company, supporting their learning in preparation for performance and participation in the local music festival. Friends of Sussex Hospices is a registered charity raising funds for the hospices serving the people of East and West Sussex and Brighton and Hove

Greater Manchester Blood Bikes provides an out of hours courier service staffed by unpaid volunteers to NHS hospitals and hospices in the Greater Manchester area transporting Blood, Donor breast milk, samples and other items used for medical or the surgical treatment of patients for Doctors ,Hospitals, Hospices, Laboratories and Chemists free of charge.

The Charity is a Church of England church in South Hackney, East London. It organises Christian worship that is open to all. It assists in the governance of St John of Jerusalem Primary School, contributes volunteers to the Hackney Winter Night Shelter and St Joseph's Hospice, and hosts the Festival Chorus (a community choir) and an Alcoholics Anonymous group.

The Leslie Smith Foundation is a grant making body with general charitable purposes. We collect brand new pairs of pyjamas for children aged between newborn and 18 (inclusive). The pyjamas are then donated to Hospitals, Hospices, Hospital at home teams and women's refuges up and down the Country. They will then distribute the pyjamas to children who are poorly or underprivileged.

Therapy Dogs Nationwide is a non profit making organisation, managed entirely by volunteers.Therapy Dogs have been found to have all round benefits for people in hospitals, hospices, residential homes, schools, prisons, care centres etc. Volunteers are all registered with the organisation, their dogs are all temperament assessed and are covered by the obligatory insurance for visiting.
