St Andrew's Hospice provides specialist palliative care for people of all ages who have a progressive life limiting illness and also provides support and advice for their families and friends. We provide care for adults living in North East Lincolnshire and for children living in N E Lincolnshire, N Lincolnshire, Lincolnshire, Hull and East Riding.

Provision of the highest level of symptom management and care for people who have advanced active, progressive and life threatening illness., through the provision of a Specialist Palliative Care Team. St Michael's Hospice was established to meet the needs of persons of either sex (without regard to race or creed) with active, progressive and advanced illness, by the provision of specialist palliative care. To promote the highest quality of life for patients with continued support for their families and carers and to ensure that sufficient resources are always available for this purpose.

St Rocco's Hospice aims to provide quality care and support for those people and their loved ones with life limiting disease who live in the Warrington area to enable each person to find comfort, hope, strength and peace. We provide Specialist in-patient palliative care, day unit therapies and Outpatient services and Family Support, and offer general Hospice at Home care.

Francis House Family Trust exists to manage & fund Francis House & Francis Lodge Children & Young Peoples Hospice. Provide specialist palliative care free of charge to adults with a serious and life limiting illness. To promote the practice of palliative care by example and by teaching and training.

We provide palliative care for the people of Burnley & Pendle (and Rossendale for inpatient facilities) suffering from cancer and other life-limiting illnesses. We also provide support for their relatives and carers. We do this primarily with our 10 bed inpatient unit, our day service and outpatient facility and our Hospice at Home team who look after patients in their own homes.

St Mary's Hospice is the dedicated provider in South Cumbria of comprehensive specialised supportive and palliative care for people with life limiting conditions. Facilities and services are available to all adults who are facing the end of life, and to their families, carers and the bereaved.

St David's Hospice is an adult palliative care facility with fourteen registered beds providing symptom relief, respite and end of life care. There is also a day unit for up to ten patients four days per week, and a bereavement and counselling service for one day per week. All care is free at the point of delivery.

We also provide Carers Support and Complementary Therapy for people involved in caring for people with life-limiting illnesses and Bereavement Support for people and families who have suffered a bereavement.

Barnsley Hospice is a registered charity providing quality Specialist Palliative and End of Life Care to all adults in Barnsley, as well as their family and friends. Our aim is to be passionate in our delivery of specialist palliative and end of life care, but in an effective and efficient manner, which makes a big and positive difference to our patients, their family and their friends.
